Let me start by saying, Zoe is one of the most amazing servers I have ever had in my life! Being a restaurant owner, and being in the industry for 30 years….shes top notch!
Sooooo glad we found this place after a long day of exploring the National Park. Definitely dog friendly and the patio has amazing atmosphere. The food was 🔥🔥🔥 and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, despite being slammed with customers. Shout out to Grayson and Dustin for making this experience great for us. We will be coming back every time we visit Hot Springs.
The best part was our server, she was very nice and attentive. Food was just alright, and leaves you saying meh. Premix made margarita. Definitely not the worst food out there, but won't be back.

Couldn’t believe how horrible the staff was! Arrived up stairs to all the staff just sitting around, we were told to sit wherever we liked. Problem was almost all of the tables were dirty so we sat down at a dirty one. Our waiter Trevor cleaned up the table. Next, our chips were so stale so we asked for fresh ones. Our server Trevor brought us new chips, which were better. The queso was ok, but could have been hotter. While looking at the menu, Trevor started to clean up tables but was just pitching the left over drinks onto the outdoor plants. That’s when we realized we weren’t going to order anything else. So we asked for our check. As we were leaving 2 staff were feeding a raccoon some chips at the stairs to leave. It’s almost all so comical, all we could do when leaving was laugh at the experience but glad we didn’t waste any more time or money.

I was thrilled by the opportunity to eat Ecuadorian, but we had a few picky eaters in our party of 5, so I was a little apprehensive. I figured they could still find something close to the Tex-Mex they are used to, but it was a gamble. We had the Queso Flamado and Adventura Appetizer, which had thise delicious little quesaadillas with goat cheese. The flaming queso is thick, so eat it fast! Everyone loved their meals, and we cleaned it up. The flavors were fresh and different, and not as heavy as what we're used to, which was nice. I had the Pollo Bohemios, and I was a little worried the chicken breast would be dry, since I'm used to lots of sauce, but it was very moist and tender, and I loved the freshness and tang of this different style. We all shared a Sopapilla Cheesecake that came out warm, and it was soooo yummy. I dared all the kids to ask if it was made with Pillsbury Crescent Rolls like the ones we're used to, but nobody had the guts, and it OBVIOUSLY was not. Great meal for a diverse group!

Beautiful tamales, we all loved the corn salsa (not pictured) and light crispy tortilla chips. I chose their Plato Adventura, which, for me was two meals. Even though I'm not a fan of chicken, the chicken breast included in this dish was delicious. Flavor profile is more South American than Mexican, and definitely not TexMex.
The decor is interesting and unique.
Our server was attentive and helpful until she was overwhelmed. We were there for an early dinner on a rainy Thursday. We don't know why, but she was the only employee on the floor and was trying to handle everything inside, on the patio, and the phone by herself. It was too much to ask as the restaurant began filling up.

Rolando’s is spectacular! By far the best food of its kind! This was my second trip to Rolando’s. I would eat it daily if I lived closer!
This trip there was a young lady singing out back on the terrace/patio. Very good!
