I stopped by Rosita‘s today at lunch. I was quickly greeted and seated. I ordered the Tacos de Pollo.Now, I am not an expert on Honduran cuisine, but this seemed very authentic. The tacos were not what I expected, but very good. I did not make any changes on the dish and was happy about that choice. The pico and sauerkraut placed on top was very flavorful and complemented the perfectly.The service was very good. The server was attentive, and the food came out in a timely manner.
?? Horray for Honduran food in Hot Springs! This is definitely a new gem in town. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. The flavors all complemented each other and it was quite the umami experience with the Pollo con Tajadas (chicken with plantains) and honestly, I don’t like plantains!!
