Visited today to try a different place in town. Our waitress did not impress me at all. Was slow to come to our table. I ordered hamburger steaks special. When the waitress brought our food we had to ask for silverware, then napkins. The mashed potatoes were on spot, Mac & Cheese was Luke warm, hamburger steak was just a round hamburger Pattie. My friend Cori recommended we grab something here quick and good and licak. I had their chef salad and it was awesome should have taken a picture it looked like it should be in a cookbook. My friend had a Swiss burger w/o the bun and super yummy fries. Staff we sweet and helpful. Help this place keep going!
I'm between 2.5 stars and 3. Most our food was good, I had chicken fried steak, it was hot and fresh and tender. Really enjoyed it. Someone else had the fish and hushpuppies. The hushpuppies were salty and not completely done. And flies were a big turn off. ? So if it wasn't for the flies I probably would return because isn't that saying something about your cleanliness. They also served rolled ice cream but I didn't try any. They have nice seating outside...
