I ordered on the app. Arrived 15 minutes later and they hadn’t started. There was a long line, so I tried to be patient. Half an hour later they still hadn’t made my sandwich. Just infuriating. Don’t eat here unless you have an hour to wait.

Beautiful location and awesome staff. The entrance is just off the street and they're located on a corner spot with tons of windows great for people watching. Online and in store ordering are easy, but they'll get pretty busy every now and again. Online ordering took longer than just walking in. Hubert lemonade is a definite bonus.Parking: Street parking right out front and more parking in back. Street parking is parallel and parking in back is spotsWheelchair accessibility: Entrances have steps up or down, not sure this is accessible

I would highly suggest seeking another place to grab a sub. Quality is good but $14 for a sub with very little food on it is just insane. There are other options in town that offer subs for the same price or less and you will have 2-3 times the portions that this subway offers. I like the staff! They care and it's obvious. But the portions are just robbery and that's coming from a customer who is accustomed to spending much more than $14 for food. Hopefully the higher ups or owner will address their misdirection in management of the store.

Subways are small fast food eateries anyway, but I like them because you can watch your food being made. This store is just too small to function properly. It's a credit to the employees that they can still work in it and prepare the food properlyVegetarian options: Subway has vegetarian sandwiches if you want them you just order them .Parking: The parking is really inconvenient it's at the back of the building, but they do have handicap spaces. Bring quarters for the meterWheelchair accessibility: It has handicap parking but it's really inconvenient to get from the parking to the store. As I recall there's no ramp in the parking lot you have to go around on the sidewalk to get to the store.
I always order online since I work downtown, they always had it ready when I arrived, and the quality was perfect. Can't complain much at all.

We had a couple different experiences here during our long weekend trip to Hot Springs. It’s literally the only place that’s walkable where you can reliably get a quick bite to eat for a reasonable price. I do recommend it to everyone visiting the area. I will say they should keep lots of staff on duty, because they get really slammed and you can just tell they are absolutely exhausted. Go easy on them and be patient. Nice folks working here who need a little extra grace, because again, they get slammed with customers walking in and also calling in orders. I was impressed by how polite they were given that every time we visited, they were swamped.

I went in two times yesterday and the team was awesome in the day time and so I went back in last night just see if it was any different the store could have been pick up but I also understand having two people working it's kinda hard but the guy was funny made me and a friend laugh and as soon he need help co-worker came to help they was awesome... THANKS GUYS SEE YALL SOON!! Love the store by hungry Greek on central hot spring
