Taylor is always so nice and she always remembers my order
Subway downtown is my favorite! The staff is friendly and helpful! The manager Taylor is so nice and funny! The store is always clean and is newly remodel so it’s nice and bright! Great experience always!
I very much enjoy this Subway. It’s recently been remodeled/updated, every single seat is a window seat (Historic Central Ave and Bridge), and the employees are fast and friendly.
This location gets hammered sometimes because of tourism, hotels, and the convention center being nearby, so kudos to the management and staff here.

This Subway location is praised for its exceptional staff, led by Tammy, who demonstrates great leadership qualities. The corner spot has tons of windows, making it perfect for people-watching. Online and in-store ordering are easy, although it can get busy at times. The Hubert lemonade is a bonus. The restaurant is small, but the employees manage to work efficiently. Vegetarian options are available, and parking is available in the back, with handicap spaces. However, wheelchair accessibility is limited due to the lack of a ramp in the parking lot.
