Great work restoring the public spaces while modernizing the rooms and creating comfortable places to stay. Location is great as well, with all the historic bathhouses just across the street.

The service was lovely and they were very nice to us. We ordered shrimp and grits, Mediterranean eggs benny and avocado toast. Stunning flavor, beautiful presentation. Also, love the velvet chairs and elegant design.

We had 5 in our group. The order for one of our party did not get made. I ordered a hamburger, it was almost raw. Everything was too salty and greasy.
Even though they were not busy, it took a long time to get our food. Drink glasses were empty for a long time and we were never asked about refills. We asked for more napkins and some ranch dressing, we never got them.
Not a good experience at all. Will never go back.

We were told to sit anywhere we wanted, after that not one employee talked to us. When we got tired of the employees looking at us (about 15 minutes) we got up and left.

I am visiting from Germany. I did not eat here, just had some drinks. I can’t say anything about the food but people at the next table seam really pleased with their food.
The staff is so nice. Atmosphere is totally relaxed. Just want I needed. Already on of my favorite places here in Hot Springs. ?

Very nice experience, if a little overpriced, however, the brioche French toast and steak omelette.... oh my goodness...wow. yeah I'll pay 15-20$ a plate at least once more to taste that sweet and salty combo.

The food takes time, but omg is it amazing. Truly delicious. Even the sides, mushrooms and brussel sprouts, were scrape-the-plate good. Cannot recommend enough.

We had a date night here and let me just tell you!!!!! Food 10/10! ⭐️ The chef is incredible!! And the atmosphere with the new furniture is so comfy and makes a whole new statement of the place. I can’t wait to visit again!

We visited on May 18th, and we truly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. Our food was freshly prepared, steaming when delivered to our table. It was my birthday, so they gave me a free dessert. We made a good choice. We went to the rooftop bar afterwards, and it was a delight. This is a great spot for a date night. We will be back!

Funny, had to go to Hot Springs to get the best crab cakes. Meat loaf was delicious, made fresh, never frozen. Everything on menu was great. Chef is amazing and very friendly. If you looked at old reviews, disregard. New cook and staff, also bar upstairs is great now Hotel is real piece of unique history. Don’t miss the Ohio club next door. This was about 1 month ago. Thanks Chef. Pictures: No Urinal is clean it’s original. Ohio club and hotel rooftop bar.

came in while walking around downtown to grab some brunch, the food seemed like it would be good and it wasn’t very busy with it being a Saturday morning. our server made it very clear she absolutely did not want to be there… did not smile one time and the food was mediocre and flavorless. if you’re visiting from out of town, I would probably skip out on this place.
