This was a great place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and engaging. Great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Bartender Charlene was awesome! We really enjoyed our visit to Hot Springs! Well worth the trip.

Nice hotel with a fantastic outdoor space! The front desk person was so cordial and really gave us a positive first impression. The room was nice and on site parking is free. This hotel is located a few miles from Old Town, which is where all the attractions and restaurants are located.

Stayed for 2 nights on our way out west. The hotel is halfway between bathhouse row & lake area. Newer hotel, clean, nice lobby. The front desk staff were welcoming & friendly (special nod to Vernon). Delicious Mexican restaurant within walking distance. We did not use the indoor pool. A clean fitness area with free weights & cardio equipment. Used the guest laundry. No issues. Room was quiet, bed comfortable. The only con was the placement of the tv & although there was streaming (Netflix, Showtime, Amazon, Crackle) we could not access Netflix or Amazon (we are subscribers). We were able to access Showtime. We tried resetting the tv & the front desk tried to assist but no success. Not a big deal, just frustrating. This is an issue we have had at several Courtyard Hotels, not unique to this property. We were overall pleased with our stay & recommend this property.

Courtyard has quiet and clean rooms that are modern and good for families. We enjoyed the location of the hotel to the casino, downtown, and numerous stores and restaurants. This hotel is a great choice for the area, and we would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel, once again, on a trip to Hot Springs. It is always clean, has comfortable beds, love the microwave and ‘fridge in the room, and the atmosphere in the lobby area is fun and different from many smaller hotels. Mainly, I want to give a shout out about the friendly service given to us by one of the hosts behind the desk, Mr. B. He was smiling, engaging, and took care of obtaining our room in a fast and efficient manner. We saw him later in JB Chophouse Restaurant in front of the hotel, and he remembered us and was smiling and engaging then, too. More of THIS is needed in the service industry today! Thank you to Mr. B. for restoring my confidence that there are still good people out there. Keep up the great work, please Sir!

A fabulous place and staff. The hotel is very chic and very comfortable. The price I paid was reasonable and the bed is so dreamy. If u need a getaway then this is the place. The scenery is beautiful. All the employees are very knowledgeable

Tonia and Brittany all the staff went over a d above. We left home at 4 AM as we had appointments at the bathouse. We got in way early and drove by our hotel. My husband went in to use the restroom and the let us check in way early. We were really impressed by the staff and the awesome rooms. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel.

Originally had a 5 night stay booked. I was going to be sent to another project so I checked out on Wednesday instead of Friday. Turns out I had to stay one more night so a new reservation was made. They gave me my points for the one night, but not the previous 3 nights. This happens quite often with Marriott properties. U have to watch it closely or they will cheat u. Trying to get it fixed is my problem. I'm told 3 to 5 business days for something that is typically fixed on the phone. What's the point in having a loyalty program when they never do what they're supposed to. Will never stay here again.

The nice lady was able to check us in early! Bernis, greeted us with a warm welcome when we returned from the races, his kindness is amazing! Giving kudos to the 2 ladies that work the bistro in the morning...it was nice to wake up, have a great cup of coffee with happy people! We liked that the hotel was away from down town "main tourist area" but close enough to the horse track, and centrally located between restaurants. The hotel and rooms were very clean!! We didn't mind the new policy "schedule room service", it seems to be the new normal! Amazing staff with great location, we'll defiantly stay here again.

The hotel was clean, king suite was spacious and thought was given to what a guest would need -- moveable side table, nice guest chair, comfy couch, nice linens on bed, quality shampoo, conditioner and bath wash in large containers in the shower. The best part was the customer service given from Bernis. He was so happy all the time, very helpful and seemed to be there every day .... so to his boss, he deserves a raise!!! We work in the customer service industry and understand how important it is to have employees that care and do a great job. Tough to find in today's market!

Listen. This hotel is decent. The rooms are pretty fancy. But you’ve got to schedule room service, no breakfast and no hot tub. Small pool and subpar exercise room. So why 5 stars? The customer service is the best I’ve ever had! And I used to work in a hotel. So yes, they’re better than I was! Bernis and Nichole were so good to me even when I was blue spending holidays alone! I would not hesitate to recommend this place based on their hospitality alone!

I loved this place! Staff was amazing and friendly! The finance manager worked with me to get a good rate and introduced me to Marriott points and now I’m a Titanium member thanks to her! The bartender was on point and wonderful! The hotel was clean and quiet. They are very welcoming to travel nurses!!! I would definitely stay again!

Watchout Fridays get overbooked and the last people checking in get sent to a lesser hotel though they refund the night...this is what happened when we booked through expedia. Also the aircon was leaking and carpet was a swamp. No breakfast. Nice firepit but not much seating nor fun when dominated by loud maybe drunk folks. This place was rated like 4.6 and it definitely is just 3.5...

My family stayed in a suite. We have 2 adults, 4 kids. The sofa bed is not a full size, it’s more like a twin size so fitting two kids in it is tight. The room and beds are nice. It’s very clean. The bathroom needs a little work in our room. The seat in the shower seems to be coming off the wall some and the toilet paper holder is leaning towards the ground so the roll keeps falling off. They only had one roll of toilet paper and 4 towels in which I would think for a bigger room they would have more than that. The indoor pool and fitness room are very nice. We would stay there again.
