Do Not go here. I paid them $40 for a bottle of champagne for my bff’s 48th anniversary and they failed to deliver. A moment that can never be forgotten or recovered. Pilau. A’ole pilikia.

5 stars all the way!!! The food and atmosphere were amazing. We we're celebrating a big anniversary and Robert took amazing care of us from the moment we entered the establishment. The menu and wine list are superb. Highly recommend Via Roma for high quality italian food and atmosphere.

This place is five times better than olive garden. We paid half the price and got twice the amount of food and it was absolutely amazing. The quality is unmatched. Service was fast and friendly. Very intimate dining space.

Via Roma exceeded our expectations! The food was absolutely amazing, from the presentation to the flavor of every dish. We especially appreciated the unique and exotic meat selections that made the meal feel like a special dining experience rather than just another dinner out.

The wait staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional without being intrusive. The atmosphere was romantic and perfect for a date night, with an upscale feel that made the evening memorable.

While it is on the expensive side, the quality of the food, beautiful presentation, excellent service, and overall experience make it well worth it. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy an unforgettable meal, Via Roma is a fantastic choice. We will definitely be back!

We ate here for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. First time there for us. Great atmosphere. Great food. Great service. The prices on their website haven’t been updated in awhile, so be prepared for that. We couldn’t afford to eat here on a regular basis but it is great for special occasions or splurging. We had the Chicken Caprese. Highly recommend. Also the lemon drop martini was on point.

Very expensive, New York City prices. The atmosphere is amazing, and the service is fantastic. Extensive wine list at fair prices. If only the kitchen could match the rest of the staff. The tomato basil soup was incredible, but our chicken and salmon dishes were dry and overcooked. The vegetables were tasty and perfectly cooked.

The lasagna was easily the best I've ever had! My boyfriend enjoyed the elk steak and red wine the server recommended. The atmosphere is very romantic, perfect for date nights and anniversaries.

Via Roma is a fantastic Italian restaurant that I would highly recommend. With over 60 menu options the food was very good, authentic, flavorful, and satisfying. Our server was excellent: friendly, attentive, and conversational, even giving us local tips since we were traveling through the area.

The decor is stunning. I absolutely loved the Roman-inspired design, it really adds to the dining experience and makes the place feel special without being over the top.

What I appreciated most is that it manages to feel fancy and upscale while still being affordable. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for anyone looking for great Italian food in a beautiful setting. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.

My fiance proposed to me here. Service was spectacular!! The server even helped film the proposal. The atmosphere is perfect with a candlelit dinner and soft music in the background. The portions are quite generous, the chicken parm is to die for!! We will definitely be sure to come here again!!

We were immediately greeted upon arrival. The wait staff were whirling around us busily. Once seated our server, Robert, greeted us. He answered questions and made recommendations. Despite being so busy, he provided excellent service. Our meal was delightful. We left content! Such a gem of a place! So much so we recommended it to other travelers were conversed with later in our trip. Thank you Via Roma!

We had an amazing dining experience in Hot Springs, Arkansas tonight while visiting from Dallas. From the moment we arrived, the hostess Lori was incredibly pleasant and made sure we were seated promptly. The food was absolutely delicious and served by an excellent waiter who went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of.

I have severe seafood allergies, and Steven was extremely attentive, making sure my food was prepared separately with no risk of cross-contamination, which I truly appreciated.
