Karla and her staff are phenomenal. Been going for years now and she always treats me and my child like family. Great food, great drinks, amazing atmosphere, very laid back and chill. Karla has the best interest of her patrons at heart. Highly recommend and will continue to support VIP as long as I can 💕!

Have been a regular for years. I Love the atmosphere and the environment. Really feels like a family in there with the other regulars. Tables in great shape, awesome food. Leagues on Tuesday and Sunday, and 9-ball Tournament on Thursdays. Really an awesome hangout spot!!!

I've been to a lot of bars and pool halls in my time, but I have NEVER experienced such unfriendly bartenders in my life. (I was not drinking myself.) Do yourself a favor and go to a different place, where you can enjoy yourself. Because, despite the name, you will NOT feel like a "VIP."

Cool place, but customer service and care for customer experience overall is trash.- On one occasion it was still about half an hour until when the bald guy said they closed, but for some reason he had to confiscate my beer, that I paid for and was in the middle of drinking, because it was apparently after legal drinking hours…never heard of such…- On one occasion I tried to bring my 18y/o sister inside with me after the St. Patrick’s Day parade, as she rode with me to the parade, and they said she couldn’t even come inside the building? So I had to leave…- On another and the final occasion I had here, me and my buddy (who’s actually a well revered commercial contractor in town) couldn’t even get a table to play on or a spot to sit at that wasn’t getting dripped on from the ceiling. He offered to help them with getting their problem resolved but no one even seemed interested in anything other than cleaning up the puddles.There’s plenty of good pool halls in town, I hate that I won’t be coming back to this one again…
