Spent our evening here last night with a group of friends after Derby Day. We had the best time!! It wasnt crowed when we got there, which we enjoyed. We walked around looking at the decor but ultimately spent our time sitting at the bar. Laughed alot and just enjoyed the vibe. Had we still be in Derby clothes, we would've had a whole photo shoot in there, especially in the womens restroom with the vintage ashtrays 😍
My husband & Chris kept us (and each other) entertained with several rounds of pool. My husband thoroughly enjoyed that.

We loved it! We will definitely be back.

Place charges a $1 to get in which is very odd for how dead they are. Order drinks and go to pay my tab and it's $20 more then what it's supposed to be and the bartender doesn't want help and just tells me to come back when Chris get there. I even added you what she wrote on the note pad and she didn't want fix and make it right. Place seems shady and smelled like mad marijuana. 1/10

Prices are never consistent and their management is the reason I won't ever step foot in there again

I played the NAPA league at The Taphouse for the first time this evening. I had not previously been there and was really impressed how nice it is inside. Really nice pool tables, great service and a very friendly atmosphere. It is a smoking establishment but I could hardly smell the smoke due to an adequate ventilation system they have. They offer pool, darts, shuffleboard and I think a dancing area. Without a doubt this is my favorite place in Hot Springs to go to play pool and I will definitely be patronizing The Taphouse in the future. I do not believe they offer food but I did see people bring in food so that is not a problem.

My friend and I stumbled on this place looking for a pool hall. It was SO fun! The bartenders and owner were on fire the whole night. It was safe, clean, and incredibly affordable. I am excited to go back.

The Tap House, formerly known as the Wagon Wheel, is a good place to unwind in Hot Springs. It’s locally owned and has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy your time there.

The service is friendly and efficient, and the artwork on the walls gives the space a unique and creative touch. There’s a really cool shuffleboard table, along with dart boards and pool tables, so there’s always something to do.

Drink prices are reasonable, and the overall vibe is casual and enjoyable. Whether you're meeting up with friends or just stopping in for a drink and a game, The Tap House is definitely worth checking out.

Ok, here we go. Place is nice, comfortable and nice bar. Plenty of room around the pool tables and dart boards in the back. Nobody was there and we pretty much had the place to ourselves besides a couple of other customers at the bar. We came to play pool so ordered a couple of beers at the bar before taking a table. Was surprised to find out they did not have beer in cans, only bottles and they were $3.50 each. A lot more than the $2.00 or $2.50 beer cans we are used to buying at the bar. So strike 1. Expensive. The pool table is $6.00 an hour which isn't too bad. Tables are nice and plenty of playing room around them. Now I said there were only a couple of customers at the bar, towards the end there was only 1. Yet the bartender would not come out and serve us or even clear the table of beer bottles. She just sat at the bar on her phone. She never once asked if we needed anything or came out to the floor at all Beer bottles filled the table with no trash can to put them in nearby. Service is HORRIBLE Strike 2
So paying the bill we talked to everyone, I think the owner and some customer that was there and they were all nice. But, if you want to stay in business you HAVE TO STEP UP THE SERVICE! So no strike 3 but I am weary to go back.

EDIT after owner comment.
I guess I'm just trailor trash or something but I like beer from a can. I especially like affordable beer in a can. I also like a bar where the service is good, people are friendly, there is a good pool scene. You have none of that. NOBODY was there. There is no challenge table where you can play different people. You obviously don't know pool because you keep the balls on the tables when not being used (which is most of the time). Everyone knows this is bad for the felt, leaves dimples.
Yes, your tables are nice and lots of room, but I personally would rather play a bar with one table, lots of pool players and a constant pool scene. Cheap beer and friendly waitresses are a major plus. Plus regulars that respect the game of pool. We were just at the Tap House thinking it would be a good close alternative to the bar we currently frequent. But not a chance. I'll drive a little further to an overall better scene and better time.

Good luck
