They fill online orders before anyone else. We waited 45 mins for a two person combo. People coming in were rudely greeted by the cashier. People can understand when you work short staffed, but to be very hateful and rude about it is not ok. Management do better. Hire more staff. Do some training.

The food was horrible I asked for hot honey rub and they barely put seasoning on my wings my corn was old and the mild wings and fries was cold so I asked Nia who took our order and was very childish was the manager in and she said no I asked will he be in tomorrow she said idk and kept laughing Really they need to close that place down I will never eat there again

From the tiniest desk trash-can for the entire lobby, no napkins, the filthyness, the environment & the employees; this place is gross. The employees will walk around and act like they’re busy and ignore you while you’re standing there ready to order. Dine-in takes an upwards of 30 minutes to receive your food, and the to-gos will be rushed out the door like you haven’t been waiting a half hour for the food you paid for. Never have i been in this place one and it been clean, full staffed, or a decent environment/atmosphere. Skip this place.

i got 2 chicken sandwiches and fries and waited at least an hour because they kept getting it wrong. they were rude the whole time and every time i go there they’re rude and take 30+ minutes even if it’s just 1 chicken sandwich.

The staff wasn't very attentive to me or other customers, seemed they were more concerned with other activities. The food was ok, however mine did not seemed cooked thoroughly. The atmosphere seemed subpar and the steering for guest and awaiting an order was not sufficient

We decided to dine in and placed our order in person at 5:36pm and did not receive our food until 6:20pm. This is the longest I have ever had to wait for a food order and I normally order to-go. Not at any point was I given an explanation as to why or what the cause was for an almost hour delay on my dine in food order.

I tried all the way to the store to call in an order. For 20 minutes I called and got hung up on. When I got in the store the phone was still ringing from me. Everyone could hear it but no one would pick it up. When I ordered I wanted 6 wings. The kid said you have to do a side or do 5. Ok 5 because I don't want a side. He said now I have to charge for the sauce.????? What? Ok i will pay it. I gave him the cash and he could not open the rolled up dimes to give me 99 cents back with the dollars, he went to a co worker and he unrolled the dimes.... yea. It was hot inside the building and 90 degrees outside. For 30 minutes I waited patiently. I finally got tired of wiping the sweat off my face and asked for my money back. Once again the kid behind the register went to get the co worker because he was confused. The co worker said.... well how long have you been waiting. All together 50 minutes. 20 minutes here of being hung up on and 30 minutes waiting in the heat. 10 minutes a wing is a little too much. I guess I should have gotten 6.
They have good wings if you can get them on the phone.

Placed an order today and I've been waiting since 2:47PM for my food to be delivered that I still have not received and it is 4:18PM. I don't think I'll be getting food from here again. Edit to add: I never got my food after they said that they were remaking it and had another delivery person coming to pick it up.
