They do not give water cups anymore for some reason. Food is usually good. The cashier could use some training. Keep working 💪 hard!

I got there when I said I would be there after calling in my order. Checked out and waited for over 20 minutes. The girl finally said oh there is your food. This mess is cold and horrible. Y’all charge a lot of money to give cold food and I drove 30 minutes from out of town to get it. Apparently, my food was ready the whole time but she was too busy talking.

It’s bad enough they wanna charge you $1.50 for a sauce when you buy chicken but they just tried to charge $10 for 3 fountain waters then get an attitude when you don’t wanna pay for water that should be free especially after we just bought a family pack of wings

We ordered online because I had a hospital procedure and was starving. We ordered to pick up. It charged my daughters debit bank card twice for our order and then when we called because it charged us twice they said they never received the order at all and we would have to pay again when we got there…. So when we got there we had to wait on someone to contact a Manager and then our food was cold so we ended up eating there while we waited… she had already paid again for the order so that was $88 for an order that cost $28. I have never been more disappointed. They should not have charged us at all for the order and we had to call the bank Because they’re still pending, they couldn’t stop the payments but would before they went thru. We will have to follow up on this I am sure. To much MESS just for some food and poor service. My favorite place just become the worst. 😪

Ordered online. Picked it up brought it home didn’t bother to check it cuz it was taped up. Chicken sandwich was missing. When I call they said there’s nothing they can do cuz the manager wasn’t there. Management never called and it’s been a week. Call back and the manager still isn’t there. What kind of place is this really!!!

First of all, there was a thick black vein in my chicken sandwich. It was as thick as a rubber band and didn’t wanna break. Then the person at front was so rude about it, they refused to give us a refund. They got our order wrong , even the drinks. The people were rude up there, ignoring us for five minutes until they could take our order. There was no clean tables and when we went to remake our drinks, the station was so nasty.

The place clean but it took a while to get the order. I ordered boneless wings and saw that they were bone in whenever I got home. My son ordered boneless and he got boneless.

I ordered food, went to pick it up. They were closed. Was told there was a fire. I understand they would be closed for this reason, but I paid for food that I didn’t get. I tried to get an employees attention to see what I needed to do for a refund. he looked right at me, turned his head and ignored me. For this reason I will never go back.

I am sharing as a relative of one of the many new employees.Youngblood was giving misinformation from the interview pross and during her employment here. They hired her Full Time, though she was given less than 20 hours per week.There is No communication between English speaking employees and management, and a majority of the staff. Management is a brick wall.One cannot ask questions. Discrimination crossed my mind as I observed Thier work ethics and staff communication..I had to go into Wingstop to help my Youngblood be able to receive her check, which was 2 days late.I find it to be unethical, and my apologies, the fries taste burnt, and the wings are ok.Youngblood has a new job with Great Management.
