FOOD POISONING!!!! This place made me sick. The wings smelled like something rotten when I placed them in my vehicle, should have known. Not to mention they were very small and overcooked

Food was delivered without all the items. Manager blames it on doorstop which isn’t the issue and then says we can come pick up what was missing. We door dashed for a reason. Recorded the ba conversation with the manager. It’s very funny and sucks for a young man to have to say the corporate verbiage as required. I do t want a refund. I simply want want what I ordered and it to be delivered. Not a bs refund for lack of…. I own a business.

They fill online orders before anyone else. We waited 45 mins for a two person combo. People coming in were rudely greeted by the cashier. People can understand when you work short staffed, but to be very hateful and rude about it is not ok. Management do better. Hire more staff. Do some training.

The food was horrible I asked for hot honey rub and they barely put seasoning on my wings my corn was old and the mild wings and fries was cold so I asked Nia who took our order and was very childish was the manager in and she said no I asked will he be in tomorrow she said idk and kept laughing Really they need to close that place down I will never eat there again
From the tiniest desk trash-can for the entire lobby, no napkins, the filthyness, the environment & the employees; this place is gross. The employees will walk around and act like they’re busy and ignore you while you’re standing there ready to order. Dine-in takes an upwards of 30 minutes to receive your food, and the to-gos will be rushed out the door like you haven’t been waiting a half hour for the food you paid for. Never have i been in this place one and it been clean, full staffed, or a decent environment/atmosphere. Skip this place.

i got 2 chicken sandwiches and fries and waited at least an hour because they kept getting it wrong. they were rude the whole time and every time i go there they’re rude and take 30+ minutes even if it’s just 1 chicken sandwich.

The staff wasn't very attentive to me or other customers, seemed they were more concerned with other activities. The food was ok, however mine did not seemed cooked thoroughly. The atmosphere seemed subpar and the steering for guest and awaiting an order was not sufficient
