“It was a very nice restaurant. The steakwas very good and just how I ordered it. We had a great time with great service. The staff were very friendly. We eat there every time we go to the Gold Strike casino.”

“I usually use to pass this place up due to I didn't want any of the menu items. Nothing was open one day due to it was late, so I grabbed something quick to eat which was wings and fries. I have been eating here since. My wings are always fresh, hot, and consistent with the cooking of it. They are a little on the pricey side, but if you request comps from the casino depending on how often you come down, you may be able to get a free lunch/dinner ( not really free if you lost a lot already in the casino, ?)...depends on how you look at it, either way it can come as a courtesy if you ask for comps which is not guaranteed. Overall, I the food has been good so far. Some of the desserts are so so. I wouldn't really recommend some of the cakes. Their not nasty, but I have had better. Customer service that I have dealt with so far has always been pretty good, and this one of the places that is open later past 1a if you are hungry.”

“My husband and I booked us a stay at the Hollywood Casino for a weekend getaway and I reserved us a table at the Fairbanks Steakhouse. I didn't know it was all you can eat crab legs until after I confirmed the reservation, which made me even more excited as we were seafood lovers. The hostess greeted us warmly and we were seated right away. The waitress was very kind and welcoming as she serviced us. The food was cooked to perfection and the lemonade I had was absolutely thirst quenching. The potatoes that came with the crab legs were so moist and good! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and for sure will be coming back again.”

“First time having dinner there was fri evening, dinner was perfect , the atmosphere was great very clean very friendly staff, I wasn't to pleased on how long it took us to check out. Other than that 5 stars.”

“We stayed at the Hollywood Hotel and ate here. Spicy chicken sandwich and chicken quesadilla and fries. The chicken quesadilla def lacked flavor but overall the food was good.”

“Tuesday Feb 4 11:00pm. I didn’t get their names, but my wife and I received EXEMPLARY service from the two young men working that evening. Perfectly personal. Hope nothing but the best for those two. They obviously upheld and exceeded corporate values. But yet embraced customer service and hospitality in a refreshing way. Again, I wish I could give them more credit by knowing and mentioning their names, but great food, great service. Bravo!”

“We got two of the pepperoni pizzas and they were amazing!
I also got a cheesecake and it was alright too. For it to be packed at 3 am, they did an awesome job getting everyone out as quick as they could”

“Small restaurant located within the casino. I’ve only ordered take out. You have to go to the restaurant to order take out, no call ins. Portion sizes are hearty. One plate can feed at least two people. Food is tasty. I love the Crab and Cheese Wontons and Mongolian Beef. I’ve also tried the General Tso’s Chicken and House Fried Rice. Eggs rolls are included and are yummy as well.”

“The draft Bar & Grill is located inside the Gold Strike Casino. Typical bar grub, and everything was delicous. The portion sizes are huge, be careful and not order too much like we did.

Super large TV screens are everywhere. It won't be hard to find a game that you will be interested in following.

Our server Morticia was the best. She kept us laughing while serving up hot food with a beautiful smile. We really enjoyed her company.”

We had the primetime American Kobe burger and the bacon mac-n-cheese burger. Both were pretty good, but that Primetime burger was GREAT. I'd eat that if it was served in a flip-flop.”
