The firecracker shrimp was great. Big TVs for easy game watching. The chili cheese tater tots side was a whole meal in itself
This is a bar and grill is inside a casino. Food was really good. Smoked baby back ribs were meaty and tender. A half order is still enough for most people to share. Fried catfish was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The onion ring tower was piled with large tempura battered rings which were great. Even the sides were good. My baked beans had a generous amount of ground beef making a hearty side dish. Will definitely go again if we are in the area.
The food was 10/10. The fettuccine was literally the best over ever had. The service got to be a little slow at the end but there was only one server for the whole restaurant.

BetMGM Book Bar & Grill is located inside the Gold Strike Casino and offers great food and good value, particularly for casino dining. The atmosphere is nice, and the service is excellent. The portion sizes are huge, so guests should be careful not to order too much. The wings are fantastic, with many considering them the best around, while the garlic honey chicken wings are also a highlight. The fried ribs lacked flavor, but the chicken sandwich is a favorite among regulars. Don't miss the baked potato, probably the best thing on the menu. With super large TV screens everywhere, it’s easy to follow a game of interest. Guests have praised the friendly service, especially from servers like Morticia, who keep the atmosphere lively and enjoyable.
