I have eaten here 5 or 6 times now. I don't get the negative reviews. The food here is great. Good value for the casino options, too. The wings are fantastic.

45 minutes to get even a drink. Service was very bad, but at least the food sucked. Yuck, indigestion. Then it took forever to get a bill.

This is a prime example of how a bad /rude employee can ruin the experience and reputation of a place. So unfriendly it made us uncomfortable like we were literally bothering her. No hello, no thank you, no how are you...nothing. just attitude from the get go. I don't get it ..you are in a customer service position and act that way.

Lady that sat us was rude. Had to wait for her to stop leaning on my chair before I could sit down after she got done talking to someone she knew. Then server came by threw some napkins on the table and walked away without saying anything to us. We just decided not to even order and left.

I called around 1400 to check on my reservations and they could not locate this reservation. Not even by the confirmation number. Luckily, they were not booked and I was able to make new reservations. They also accommodated my large party which was nice. Service was very slow. It would take 30 minutes to receive our drinks from the bar. We would order a couple at a time. They would bring one and not the other. Good service was fast and good. Recommend with a warning.

Arrived on time to find out could not be seat, evidently the sports bar does not accept reservations through Open Table anymore, fortunately the head chef stepped in and save the night and seated us in the Sweet Tea, the food was awesome, was able to enjoy the game, even though Memphis lost ( got cheated ) , just my opinion. The Head Chef and Tereas save the night for us. Very appreciative of them.

Very nice atmosphere, walked in was seated right away. Wife and sister-in-law loved it. Food was great, service was also. App made it easily accessible have tried other times without app long lines or no access at all

If a negative rating were possible, this place would get it. We sat for 1.5 hours waiting for two burgers. Never got them! The place was chaos. Our waitress was clueless, food appeared to come out of the kitchen piecemeal and in no particular order. No busing of tables. Even asking the hostess to help did no good. No manager around. We paid for our two beers and left.

Shrimp and grits were good. The fried ribs have great potential but lacked flavor. Garlic honey chicken wings were pretty good. The baked potato was probably the best thing we had overall.

We come to Gold Strike quite often. We always eat here at least one of the four days that we are here. Went tonight and the service was horrible. Our server Fredricka was very, very rude and we seemed to be a huge inconvenience to her. My husband ordered a 14oz steak despite the fact that it was still mooing it was also very cold. Not even warm! Alot of things were wrong with our food but the server didn't seem to care. No cheese on the broccoli as requested and it was cold. French Fries cold. We asked for salt and received two pepper shakers and after asking repeatedly still never received salt shaker. After alot of frustration I walked up to the hostesses desk and requested some of the things we needed at the table. Jacqueline was very sweet, very helpful and had exceptional customer service. This was a bad experience all the way around. Even though we have eaten here several times and this was the first bad experience that we have had here. But It was surely one for the books!!! I will need good luck convincing my crew to eat here again. (#party of 6)

Wings were a great suggestion. I do wish there were more options to split flavors and/or with sauces on the side.
