I always have a good experience at this location. Today I ordered an Iced Sugar Free Decaf Cinnamon Roll. When I got to campus I started drinking it and there is no cinnamon flavor. I wasn’t able to call or go back because I’m in class. I still love them, but was disappointed.
My wife and I pulled up to a male employee and he proceeded to ask me “Why are you eyeballing me like that?” It really threw us off. I didn’t know that’s how you greeted customers. He then told me that he’s engaged. This made the entire experience unpleasant. I didn’t know I’d have some guy insinuating my sexuality simply for looking at him while handing over payment. Very unprofessional and uncalled for.

The friendliest coffee shop! Positive vibes abound in a great drive thru coffee spot. Lots of flavors for hot and cold drinks. Non dairy options are wonderful. I routinely pass other stores to stop at 7 brew.

My wife and I stop in at least once a week and it’s always been great. But yesterday (August 18, 2024) the service was absolutely terrible. The lady that took our order tried to rush us and didn’t even let us finish ordering before she walked off because she “had” to get the car behind us’ order (we ordered three drinks and only told her one before she walked off). She told us to finish ordering when we got up to the cash register. She also just handed the iPad to the car in front of us and had them order their drinks themselves because she was “hot” from being outside and went inside and came back out after they finished ordering.
I hope the owners/management can talk to the people working yesterday to address the customer service issues. If this would have been our first time there we would never go back.
