The outside lane goes about 4x slower than the inside lane everytime. Might as well be single lane because when you go to the outside lane you just want to rage when you see cars that pulled in 5 mins after you getting thier coffee...

Very disappointed for 2 weeks now the slushy machine for the energy drinks has been broken. They always say we can blend them in the blender. It is so NOT the same. Was told today they have no idea when it will be fixed. These drinks cost and then to go thru and not be able to get the drink you like the way you like it because the machine is always broken. I won’t be back for a while. If I want a drink I guess I’ll travel to Paragould location. I use to go thru every other day.

Some workers act like they don't want to be there. Asked for whipped cream on 2/3 drinks and didn't get any. Long line moves fast though.

The service & drinks are always good. I always get the same drink but despite them repeating it back to me it’s always a toss up on if I’ll actually get it or not. Im lactose intolerant so I always ask for almond milk, I understand it gets extremely busy but once I pull away, taste it & it’s clearly regular milk that’s $7 wasted & I typically don’t have time to go back through the line.

I arrived at 7 Brew today expecting the usual great customer service I’ve experienced at other locations. The staff member who took our order was very kind, had a great sense of humor, and he took the time to verify our order was correct. When we arrived at the window, the staff member who provided our drinks had a completely different demeanor. She stated what drinks were in our order then proceeded to hand us the wrong drinks. When I asked her if she was sure the drinks were correct and mentioned them looking different, she asked me to try one. I assumed we were accidentally provided someone else’s order so I was thrown off by this request. I assumed she would verify another vehicle by us did not have the drink I mentioned mine looked like then have our drinks. Due to her request, I tried my drink and noticed it was not what I ordered. During this entire exchange, she glared at me which made me feel very uncomfortable. I just asked to have the correct order I paid for and was not trying to be difficult. At this point, I felt so awkward that I told her I would take whatever drinks she gave me and go. She responded with a monotone okay have a good day. This experience was the most unpleasant I’ve ever had at 7 Brew and makes me question ever returning.
went and enjoyed a cup of coffee for my daughter and friend...the man that took my order was rude and was yelling at the other employees that they weren't doing a good enough job. He was rude to me while he was taking my order also. We love 7brew as a whole and once it came to Jonesboro we don't go anywhere else. An employee making other employees looking bad at any time is not a good look for any business though.

It's hit or miss but mostly hit. I appreciate the menu options but the 20 minute wait is insane. I'd probably go back if there was ever a time that the lines didn't take forever. The cups are almost always filthy with coffee running down the sides and soaking the bottom.
