Ralie was so sweet and gave amazing customer service by helping me pick out my drink. I had never been there before, so she asked me what my favorite flavors were, so I told her Hazelnut. She suggested the Brunette for its Hazelnut and Caramel flavors and it was so good- just the pick me up I needed! Thanks Ralie I will definitely be back!

This is my least favorite store to visit .. there’s nothing wrong with the coffee, but you can just tell there’s very poor leadership going on because the employees do not have a good attitude. They’re very slow to take your order and they have no chitchat for you at all. I’ve been to several states in the south and lots of seven bruise and this one is by far they must unfriendly one. I feel like I’m bothering them and the fact that you’re forced to leave a tip is super annoying. I’ve tried to click the no tip button before, and it won’t let you

Be prepared to wait depending on time of day. I Love the hot and blended coffees. Reasonably priced compared to other coffee shops. Several flavors to choose from.. Service is generally fast unless you have a team member that's not up to par. The server today snatched my card out of my hand....Like Really. No tip for you.

I absolutely love 7 Brew, everything is delicious, and the service is always top-notch! One suggestion I have is to consider keeping the baristas indoors during extreme heat. I’d gladly wait a little longer if it means they don’t have to be outside in such high temperatures. Their health and comfort are worth it! Will always be my go to place!!!
