The outside lane goes about 4x slower than the inside lane everytime. Might as well be single lane because when you go to the outside lane you just want to rage when you see cars that pulled in 5 mins after you getting thier coffee...
The service & drinks are always good. I always get the same drink but despite them repeating it back to me it’s always a toss up on if I’ll actually get it or not. Im lactose intolerant so I always ask for almond milk, I understand it gets extremely busy but once I pull away, taste it & it’s clearly regular milk that’s $7 wasted & I typically don’t have time to go back through the line.
Love their drinks and never had a bad experience w the workers. But extremely slow compared to every other 7brew I've been to. No matter the time of day it is a 20-30 minute wait for one drink.
