First time going here, went through the drive through, super nice folks, quick service, ice cream was delicious but it’s just so expensive, as is everything else so it’s not surprising but dang!

Stopped by this chain ice cream store after dinner. The drive-thru line was long and seemed to be moving slow so I decided to go in the store. They have the typical ice creams you can order in cups, cones, etc. They were out of waffle cones during my visit. They also have ice cream cakes, milkshakes, and other ice cream treats. Overall, it was not bad and reasonable for what you get. If you want a sweet treat, it is not a bad stop.

Ordered through DoorDash, and my order was unfortunately stolen. But the crew working night shift 10/8/25 took care of me so well! They were very sweet and gave me as many details as possible. As well as getting my new order sent out in a very timely manner. Will continue to order 2-3 times a week🤭🤣

I’ve been four times and am disappointed every time. Milkshakes are so watery, they’re basically straight liquid. Service is SLOW, and they’re always “out” of everything an hour before close. Customer service is awful.

Just like my childhood experience, we got our ice cream right away, and they had a ton to choose from!
Only had 1 option for dairy free (cookies & cream), when is there going to be every option dairy free? I did not buy anything just walked out..... so sad

Went there and the drive through is extremely slow and tried calling 3 times and no answer waited in the drive through 30 minutes and still no service they won't be here long

The wait time is ridiculous!!! I pulled up and there’s one vehicle ahead and waited 2 minutes before 4 other vehicles behind me…waited another 5 minutes and when I pull up to order I was asked to hold please and then waited another 8 minutes before my order was taken….go to window and there’s about 8ppl in the store all at the counter while the window person is having to check fridge for items, make cones and do the register…idk but they are going to lose more service in this heat if they can’t get the window and drive thru in better order.
