I love BBQ! That being said, this is probably the worse BBQ restaurant I have ever been to. I ordered a combo type meal with pork, brisket, 1 rib and baked beans. I ordered fried okra as an additional side. The portions are super small and basically tasteless. Everything was cold....not event the least bit warm!....Cold! They tried to give me my side of okra and it looked awful and was also cold!..I asked if it was fresh and the server said no....she said she could drop another order and gave me a number to put on our table and they would bring it. After 10 minutes, I finally went up to the counter and she was nowhere in sight. I asked another server and he went in the back. I guess she had dropped it to fry but forgot it, so the order i got was hot, greasy and BURNT!..I will never go back here and I highly recommend that anyone who likes BBQ avoid this place!

Update: August 28 - online order. got there and apparently didnt know that I had ordered and paid online. They hustled to put something together. Out of one of the sides I wanted. Ordered slice brisket sandwich. picture shows what it looked like when i opened the container. got 7 containers of sauce for one sandwich. Need to visit Fort Smth facility.

We went yesterday and it was delicious! The food was not really expensive at all! It was fresh, the ribs were so tender and moist, the chicken was flavorful, and the pulled pork was great too. They had three different hot sauces you could get and I loved them all! The brisket was a little dry but the flavor was really good. And if you add some of their hot and spicy BBQ sauce it was so yummy. The baked beans and potatoe salad were some of my favorite things we got. And I love that they have crushed ice and their BBQ sauces were also bottled on a shelf for you to buy! This was our first time trying Blue ember, and it definitely won't be the last.

Really bad. Iāve had the pulled pork, which was ok, and today I got what was supposed to be brisket sandwich and half rack of ribs. Thereās no meat in the brisket. Itās literally just fat trimmings. Just a slimy and fatty, and they wanted $17 for that. See photo. The ribs werenāt much better; a very tiny portion for a not so tiny price tag.

For $50. Thatās on the high side. If the food is good, then thatās fine, but for this?
Food is excellent and prices are reasonable. I love the smell when I walk in, it makes you hungry! Love eating there and the staff are friendly.

Staff seems nice enough, but not very helpful when asking about the options. Food was barely lukewarm, which isn't what you want from a baked potato. Had high hopes for the brisket, but my entire 1/3 lb order was just fat. The pulled pork was good though, and the apple barbecue sauce has a great flavor. Really disappointed in the quality for the ticket price. Most likely won't return.
