Every time I visit Jonesboro I look forward to coming here. So far everything I’ve tried has been delicious. I’m addicted to the honey butter croissants. The grilled salmon is currently my favorite. The service has been great and the staff is warm and welcoming.

After so many “meh” experiences at restaurants in Jonesboro, I came into Cheddar’s expecting another “meh” experience. I was feeling a little under the weather and wanted a good, home-cooked meal on this dreary day. I sat down and was promptly met by my server, Carson.

Having only been to Cheddar’s one other time, I wasn’t exactly sure what I was going to get off of the menu. He gave me some (great, might I add) recommendations and immediately entered my order for the kitchen. Carson was genuinely wonderful. He cheeked in frequently but wasn’t overbearing. He was attentive and showed that he genuinely cared about his customers. At one point, I heard him assisting an elderly man trying to pay his bill on the kiosk. He was so patient and kind while explaining how the kiosk worked.

The food was just as impressive. Everything came out at the perfect temperature and cooked to perfection. The spinach dip was phenomenal (thanks for the recc, Carson!). The ribs were literally falling off the bone because they were so tender, and the seasoning was just right. The shrimp were grilled perfectly and tasted amazing.

What stood out most was how the whole experience made me feel. I walked in tired and not feeling great, but between the kindness of the staff, the comfort of the food, and the relaxed atmosphere, I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. It felt like genuine hospitality from start to finish.

I cannot rant and rave enough about this experience—between the food and service, I will forever recommend Cheddar’s to anybody in or around Jonesboro.

First time I have been here in a few months. Last time I was here a buddy and I ordered the chicken fried steak. It was beautiful. So big it barely fit on the plate. Big pile of mashed potatoes. The steak melted in your mouth. Saturday night I excitedly ordered the exact same thing. Small steak barley any breading. Tough as heck, and a little bit pile of potatoes. Service was great and everyone was super friendly. I won't wait 30 minutes for a table again.

I ordered a hamburger, the meat was burnt on one side,and the bun was cold. Wont eat there again

I was a fan of this restaurant I really like the food and good energy from the servers but today I had a very bad experience I understand people have bad days but today I order my steak medium well and I had a server name tyma first she was okay taking the order but after when the food arrived and I need some refills she was looking to the other way ignoring me she took my ticket at my table in less than 15 minutes after my food . My food was cold steak was well done she seems to be very frustrated and overwhelmed I believe manager can handle this but I couldn’t see anybody around so sorry but everyone works and to relieve your discomfort and frustration just clock out and let other serves work

I am changing my review. Thank you management for reaching out to me and trying to correct the issue. We came today Sunday 10/26/25. It was really busy, but we only waited 15 minutes and got a clean booth. Service was good, only had to remind about the croissants. Sirloin, carrots, salad were 7/10. Country fried steak 7/10. The chicken on the kid’s meal my son got was 9/10.

We were show to a booth promptly. We waited 10 or more minutes before the waitress came. She brought drinks and salad quickly. We waited 30or more minutes for our entrees. We had ordered a hamburger and a monte Cristo sandwich. The hamburger was awful and the monte Cristo was nothing but a ham turkey cheese deepfried in was tasted like pancake batter. We will never go there again.
