Our order for take out was correct. Took awhile waiting for order. Take out area is separate from dining in and not clearly marked other than pick up parking. Croissant is always a plus. Very Dark Area.

Got drinks plus honey butter croissant after getting that we was told there was no food that we could order I'm assuming they were sold out they should have told us that before we were seated instead of order drinks and paid 36 dollars needless to say won't be going back anytime

We got to our table ordered chips and dip and a order of cheese bites and the dip was cold and the cheese bites were over cooked and we waited an hour to find out the waiter never put want We wanted to eat on the ticket and then he acted like a jerk saying oh they never brought you the food even know he was supposed to bring it to us it was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant I will never be back to cheddar's again

The food was definitely it worth the price . Ribs were tough as leather and the shrimp was under cooked.
Went to Chedders tonight on a date night with my beautiful wife to get some good food.Well first of all the place wasn’t even full and they had plenty of tables to seat us but we had to wait, wasn’t that long a wait which was good.Got seated and placed our food order over an hour later our food comes out to us ice box cold literally like they got it straight out of the fridge and served it to us.I really like Chedders but tonight y’all really did bad and I may not eat there in awhile. I am still so pissed over that and the manager wouldn’t even come out to speak with us or much less apologize that right there speaks volumes.so I think for that I won’t ever eat there ever again.

The green beans were sweet and cold the baked potato was cold and I asked for a loaded potato and all they put on it was cheese and no butter. The steak was the Only thing that was prepared right. I was sick and throwing up by the time we made it home. Don't know if we will be coming back or not.
