This was my very first time visiting and I had a hair in my shake, and the chicken sandwich was overcooked.. too expensive for sub-par experience.

The cashier was friendly, however, she had several hickies on her neck. Very distasteful and not good for appearance in the public work industry. The floor past the counter to the bathrooms is a slip and fall hazard. The floor is so nasty and slick.

Deserves 0 stars for service it’s ridiculous to be rushed in a drive thru without giving the option to look at the menu. Do better!
Service is TERRIBLE here. You have to wait 20 minutes for just hash browns they’ve gotten so slow. I only ordered a drink and hash browns while inside and still waited forever for the hash browns.

Love cfa but not anymore! Not sure why, but every time I go to cfa my order is quite literally always wrong (wrong sandwich, wrong drink, no sauces, etc) but Today (5/5/25) crossed a line. my nuggets RAW RAW RAWðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I bit in and immediately saw my ancestors. I’m gagged! S. Truett Cathy is rolling in his grave right now. This isn’t just messy, it’s a biohazard. Do better!!😣
