We went last minute and the service was good the food all came out so fast. The appetizers and food came out basically the same time but we ate and got right out.

If you want a place that will never cook your steak the way it's ordered, here's your place.

TL;DR: There's better steakhouses in town, don't waste your time.
We stopped in on the evening of New Year's Day (so give a grain of salt to the review). Service was meh (drinks consistently hit bottom with a delay before being refilled). The overall atmosphere was weird. It's what I imagine someone from Europe would think of when they hear Texas.
Food was a mixed bag. My wife's salad was OK, my cousin's New York Strip was apparently quite good, my daughter's burger was good, and my bowl of loaded potato soup was absolutely terrible.
I'll focus on the soup because I'm just not sure if I was served a bowl of white gravy or what. Given the service and delay in getting our food I decided the $5 soup wasn't worth an argument and just didn't eat. It 100% tasted and looked like some sort of gravy.
On a side note, the rolls were very dense. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but my preference is much fluffier.

This was the last time me and my wife gave Coltons a chance... It's been now four times in a row the first date night we had they tried to tell me two small sirloins were actually ribeyes and refused to get us the correct cut of meat. The second time we sat for an hour and 12 minutes before our order came to the table before our drinks.... The third time we sat for 40 minutes before a server came to see what we wanted to drink.... They apologized and the manager and wait staff were actually nice but that's still no excuse.... This last time we had a 50$ gift card and figured why not give them one more chance.... 35 minutes they brought us unsweetened tea instead of sweet and we asked for different ones they didn't bring my wife a sprite so I had to go up to the bar and ask for one on top of that they just brought me a cup of sugar..... Nah I'm going to longhorn I'll never go back to Coltons again.

Attempted to take my family out for a nice meal, we arrived with a little over a hour and a half left until close on a Friday night, not a lot of people in so wait to be seated wasn't to bad. From the moment the server showed up it was all down hill from there, she was very rude, took about 15 minutes to bring back drinks, another 5 to 10 to bring rolls, only upon our request. Placed and order for appetizers, onion tangled and southwest egg rolls, took approximately 15 minutes for them to arrive, not terrible, the onion tangles were room temp as if they had been sitting out for a while and the egg rolls were only cooked on one side with raw dough/wrap on the other. At this point we decided to just collect our things and leave before even attempting to place our main order.

My husband I went here for a quick bite to eat before a movie. I ordered fish and my husband chicken stake My husband I went here for a quick bite to eat before a movie. I ordered fish and my husband had fried chicken patty. First I asked our waiter if they had fillet or cod, he assured me they had fillets. These are nuggets definitely not worth the price to me. Also, we were not sure if our person was New or just overwhelming he was friendly but not moving like the females.

Overall I would say an 8.5/10. Food is usually always good. Lunch menu needs to include two sides or include your drink with the one side offered! Nearly 4 dollars(3.60) for a glass of tea is a little much imo. But most places I suppose are near that mark as it is, still too much! Waiter was good, got my order right and quick even while trying to train a new hire. Props to that fella. Always greeted with a smile and hello, how are you today? Atmosphere is pretty good, I just hate being seated in the middle of everyone on one side.

It's Colton's, it's fairly similar place to place. We got take out and some food was good and some was disappointing. The steaks and veggies were pretty good, including the fried pickles. The potato soup was really sad though, reminded me more of gravy than soup.

Colton’s Steakhouse and Grill in Jonesboro delivered an excellent dining experience from start to finish. The bread was incredibly fresh and served warm, making for a great start to the meal. The steak was so tender and juicy, perfectly cooked and full of flavor—exactly what you want at a steakhouse. Our server was very friendly and attentive, checking in regularly and making sure drinks and sides were handled promptly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying steakhouse meal with great service.
