Colton's Steak House & Grill

Colton’s Steakhouse and Grill in Jonesboro delivered an excellent dining experience from start to finish. The bread was incredibly fresh and served warm, making for a great start to the meal. The steak was so tender and juicy, perfectly cooked and full of flavor—exactly what you want at a steakhouse. Our server was very friendly and attentive, checking in regularly and making sure drinks and sides were handled promptly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying steakhouse meal with great service.

The worst experience ever!! I am not sure who is running this restaurant but it needs a revamp! Sent my steak out rare (not a problem just needs cooked up some) sent it back to be cooked up! They sent the steak back on the same BLOODY plate they sent out in the first place! That is absolutely disgusting and unsafe! Then when the issue is brought to management they treated us with absolute ignorance and racism! Everyone isn’t out to get a free meal! Some of us are here to support and eat good food! Will never be back! We were celebrating with family and couldn’t even enjoy the moment! Thank you ruining our day!

First Visit To Fat City, It Was Everything I Heard About This Place. The Waitress Was Helful And Answered All Questions. And My Lunch of Sirloin Tips, Baked Potato, Cole Slaw, etc. Was Simply Delectable! I Will Try Them Again For Certain!

Gregory is the best server I have experienced at Colton’s. I never had to wait to get my drink refilled or even ask for a refill. He was on top of everything. I began working right down the road about 5 months ago and eat lunch here about once a week. My expectations of a server is so high now that it will be hard to be satisfied with any of their servers thank you Gregory for the wonderful service!!!!

Our second time eating here , my daughter ordered a chicken fried steak , she cut it in half and was red .
My mother ordered fish, bake potato and hush puppies. The fish wasn’t all the way done , the bake potato was over cooked and her hush puppies were not all the way done . The waiter was very nice , There was maybe 10 people in there and it was about 2:30 pm . Not very please at all , still got charged full price . We want be back .
