I came into Fazolis today for lunch and got a number 14 my best friend and I we sat for lunch and were brought 4 breadsticks of which are advertised to be unlimited. We ate them waiting for our food and once finished shortly after received our lunch. The line at the counter was long and kind you no urgency was shown no one rushed to cook more breadsticks, take orders at the counter or do anything to accommodate the rush.
