Honestly, mediocre. It's VERY expensive for what you get, and the burgers are not all that impressive. The whole best fries ever is absolutely false. I get way better fries and burgers at Whataburger, Dairy Queen, and Chick-fil-A. It's food, but it ain't fast food. Took 20 minutes, and they weren't that busy. In my honest opinion, the value ain't there, and the quality does not make up for it. It's seriously expensive.
I normally like five guys, but the staff here was not into what they were doing. They did not want to be at work. My fries were ice cold as I waited on my burger I understand just sharing my experience.

Love their burgers. Fries could be better but the burger makes up for it. It's a sentimental place for me and my husband because we first went to five guys in California at the original one and it was awesome! Anyway I will always give them 5 stars
