Every time I order from them I have a bad experience and my order is always wrong. I ordered from them yesterday and was too sleepy to check my food made it all the way home (Blytheville) just to see onions (allergic to onions) and mustard on my burger, when I said pickles and ketchup only and then they gave me another #1 with onions on there when it was supposed to be to be a #2 bacon double cheeseburger with no onions add lettuce and tomato’s. At this point I’m done with this place.

Rare to get this level of service in the food industry nowadays. Friendly staff and hot food. Dined and in and taken out recently, never leave reviews but they deserved it! The chocolate concrete was so good too!!!

Cara went above and beyond to make me feel like a person and not just another drive thru customer. She took my name for the order, and addressed me by name rather than Ma'am after she knew my name. Gives a sense of bringing, thank you Cara.
New owners are definitely serving it up! The grilled cheese bacon burger was magnificent! Thanks again, see y'all again soon for sure!!

Went in today (Sunday) October 6, 2024 Afternoon to order a No1 combo and the burger was so saturated with grease that the tray paper had a small puddle of grease in it. I didn’t even take a bite off the burger because soo much grease.(Greaseburger). Plus very small amount of fries. I just got up and threw it away. It was not fitting to eat and I would never serve that to a customer. Freddie’s used to be one of my favorites but not anymore. I used to eat there all the time. I sure hope the short lady that I bragged about being a good personality and hardworking lady can get the business quality better. Good luck Freddie’s Jonesboro

Went there for dinner and had the original double steak burger. It was a good burger, the meat was larger than the bun and came with tiny french fries. All in all I would say give them a try I will go back again. Sorry no pictures guess I was too hungry.

The patty melt was burnt all the way through the patty was burnt the onions were black and the bread was black on the outside I can barely eat it but I'm not going back out in the rain so that I would leave this so other people would not order at least not the patty melt very very poorly done

We tried them again today. I must say the food was much improved from our last visit. Pretty pricey though. 2 regular burgers and 2 fries were $22.00. So we won't be going back often but it's nice for a change.
