Fuji Japanese Steak House

We order sushi and from the dinner menu instead of lunch menu so it made it a little pricier but it was a great, fun meal

This place here was a treat for all of us. My son's and I had a great time. Cooking in front of you and the food was excellent!

My opinion means nothing, I know. But I truly think this is one of the most overrated spots in Jonesboro, beat out only by Sumo's. Some of the staff here are great. Like the chefs who cook on the hibachi. Funny, personable, and entertaining. The servers can sometimes be forgetful, though they are friendly. The sushi that you order from the standalone sushi menu is beautifully plated. But it's annoying that you can't just order sides. We couldn't just get some rice. We were told we'd have to get a full meal.

I give their food a 3 star bc I have been here 3 times in about 4 months time and every time my steak is messed up. The first time I ordered Fillet and it was their basic steak cut. They said bc Sumos were remodeling and they have some of their cooks and they didnt know. The second time same thing. Today I went ordered a medium fillet and it was a fillet mignon but it was chewy and well done. Everything is great. Service and sushi and sides I guess I shouldn't order steak anymore 😕

My rice was not done I’m use to goin hibachi but this was different I’m use to getting a lot of rice veggie and meat and got a kids sample first time ever at this restaurant waitress was fantastic but the cook booooo I paid all that money for bs want be back if you want good hibachi go to Akitas in Southaven Ms

Tonight we visited Fuji's again. It was amazing! We always try to sit in kalob's section. He takes very good care of his customers and treats us very well. Both managers visited us and treated us with great respect. Thanks again for a good night.
