We have eaten at this chain cupcake restaurant many times and it is often good. The wedding cake or strawberry varieties are favorites. During their more popular times they can run out of certain flavors. There are also seasonal flavors too. I have not had a bad experience here yet and would go again.

Gigi's is definitely our little families favorite cupcakes in town.There isn't one flavor that we've tried that doesn't taste amazing; they also have new flavors to try often.I highly suggest trying the banana creme, chocolate chip, and strawberry... Oh my goodness!!And, I'm going to go ahead and say that our fur baby would recommend the pup cupcakes for anyone with fur babies. She doesn't waste any time devouring her treat without a crumb left.

Would give zero if I could. The cupcakes are very beautiful. We just knew they would be delicious. I don’t mean to hurt feelings but at the price for one of these cupcakes we were very disappointed. Extremely tasteless icing and hard dried out crumbling cake part. I can make better tasting cupcakes at home and will. I could kick myself for throwing that much money away for these. Nobody even wants the remaining ones. I’ll never go there again and do not recommend to anyone.

Everything here looks beautiful. But always tastes old or stale. I’ve tried about 3 times now and just given up. I’ve tried a chocolate, strawberry type one, and I think the other was a lemon. All of them were bland, stale, and dry. The icing didn’t even have much flavor. Found out from an employee who quit a while back that the reason for that? They bake and freeze immediately. So nothing here is actually fresh, nothing. She said it’s even worse for specialty ones like sugar free or gluten free, apparently they just sit for days until they’re bought. There are much better options in town and I’ll stick with those options.
My wedding is in three weeks and I went two weeks ago to order my cake and they we’re full! The baker idk if she’s the owner but she was so sweet ans went ahead and squeezed me in, I was so happy as I get my birthday cakes here every year and it’s the only place I wanted my wedding cake made at! Super sweet! I hope to keep having good experiences at Gigis!

I ordered online 6 cupcakes I got there to pick up my order and the girl was nice and let me know that one I ordered was not avaliable and gave a good recommendation that I went withBut (I should have checked but I didn't even think about it)But I got all the way home that is 1hr away....I open the box to see I have 4 of my cupcakesSo I called and spoke to someone who then promised they would call me back regarding the issue never called me backTold me the next time I was in town I could get the 2 cupcakesWhen asking who I wojld need to speak to about the matter when that happened she didn't give me a name just took my name said she would tell the manager and then call me back which I still have yet to hear about itWould have give 5 starts but this just doesn't seem like I will get resolution and be out the money for those items. Hopefully I get resolution

Went a few days ago to buy cupcakes for my husband’s birthday. We ate them when we got home and they were awful. The choc chip cookie dough was bone dry. Wedding cake didn’t taste like wedding cake…vanilla cake at best. Not to mention I waited for someone to help me for a good 10 min even hollering hello a few times. For $26 these cupcakes were not worth it.
