Listen, I usually love Guthrie’s and their sweet tea is phenomenal. Tonight I got it and I took a drink and when I tell you it was NOT tea. I got back and the “manager” wanted to do nothing to help figure it out. Just said she’s the one who made the tea and the one who put it in the cup. She wasn’t willing to try the tea to see what I was talking about. Literally wouldn’t do anything. She just acted like I was the problem. She gave me a different drink and sent me on my way. The drink I took was so salty.. almost tasted like taking a swig of beef broth. So good luck if you get sweet tea tonight. It was enough that I won’t be back.

Bought a 4 pc meal. Subbed the fries for coleslaw and extra ranch (prefer that over their signature sauce). I use extra sauce because the breading is bland. Received 1 ranch, and was told they would have to charge me for another ranch. Told the drive thru person one small cup is not enough for 4 strips, but they weren't fazed. Drove off, discovered no napkins, no fork for coleslaw, and coleslaw was bubbly, tasted soured and rancid. All this for $10.60....

This is amazing!!!! The food is good it took 7 min for food but that’s okay. Sweet tea is better than McDonald’s so that’s amazing sign to go to Guthries

We liked this place when it opened and the chicken strips were twice the size plus, and if they were small the staff would account for it and give extra. Now, they are beyond small and No more snack boxes! What happened here, 2 family's walked out without purchasing because, price went up and you get less!! Sad to see another empty or soon to be empty building in Jonesboro.

Have patronized the Caraway location numerous times since its inception. Up to the last 3 visits, everything was a good experience. These last 3 introduced smaller tenders, with the price not reflecting the diminished size. We get the Family Meal, and there was always food left to take home, but now that does not happen. That is not the issue here ( Memorial Day Evening ). After the food was brought to the table, my Wife went up to the counter to ask if they happened to have paper plates to eat on, and a lady from the back came out. When my Wife asked her, the lady was very rude, and said no. My Wife said how about styrofoam containers ( which we have used before ), and she tossed 2 up on the counter. My Wife said there is 3 of us, and the lady said to tear them in half. To top it all off, the employees all gathered in the back, and commenced to argue with each other very loudly. We could not wait to finish eating, so we could exit the place. Guess we will have to choose a different place, where the rude and argumentative people do not work.
Apprentally they close 30 mins early. The other gutheries was closed at 920. Drove to this one. They were still open sign and all and they told me they were closed

Went through drive through and got “5” piece box. Paid cash and told them to keep the receipt. By the time we got home (10 mins) took 2 bites and it was lukewarm. See photo - yes, that’s all 5 on the single piece of toast they include- not exactly generous. I went to trouble of driving back to return it and was told they can’t do anything without the receipt - which I pointed out was in their trashcan. Had their clamshell with the food and all, and person who gave me the food 15 minutes before was at window when I returned. Refused refund. Will NEVER be back and suggest you avoid this place.

I’d eat it every night if I could lol my family likes it as well.. i just can’t get enough of it.. i forgot to get pictures ? but did I mention how AMAZING it is?!?! ?? go get ya some now!! The staff was very friendly each time I’ve visited always smiling and courteous

I love the food but just now I went and got a box and a snack. We were two seconds out of the drive through and my son opened a box and pulled a long piece of hair out of the fries. I backed up and showed the young man. They take the box I blink and they are handing another one. I wasn’t comfortable with it so o asked for a refund on all of the food. A lady with glasses comes to the window and basically tries to say that it was mine. I explained that I too am in management and this is inexcusable. No apologies or anything just a shrug and an ok. I’m now waiting two days for a refund. So I’m done with them all together
