Went through drive through and got “5” piece box. Paid cash and told them to keep the receipt. By the time we got home (10 mins) took 2 bites and it was lukewarm. See photo - yes, that’s all 5 on the single piece of toast they include- not exactly generous. I went to trouble of driving back to return it and was told they can’t do anything without the receipt - which I pointed out was in their trashcan. Had their clamshell with the food and all, and person who gave me the food 15 minutes before was at window when I returned. Refused refund. Will NEVER be back and suggest you avoid this place.

The food is amazing! And I DONT like chicken but I LOVE Guthrie’s!! I’d eat it every night if I could lol my family likes it as well.. i just can’t get enough of it.. i forgot to get pictures ? but did I mention how AMAZING it is?!?! ?? go get ya some now!! The staff was very friendly each time I’ve visited always smiling and courteous

I love the food but just now I went and got a box and a snack. We were two seconds out of the drive through and my son opened a box and pulled a long piece of hair out of the fries. I backed up and showed the young man. They take the box I blink and they are handing another one. I wasn’t comfortable with it so o asked for a refund on all of the food. A lady with glasses comes to the window and basically tries to say that it was mine. I explained that I too am in management and this is inexcusable. No apologies or anything just a shrug and an ok. I’m now waiting two days for a refund. So I’m done with them all together

Simply put, the slowest, most disinterested service I have ever received. I realize everybody gonna have a bad day, so I gave the place a second chance. Second visit took eight minutes longer than the first visit. Do not waste your time, literally waste your time at this slow slow restaurant

If you plan on using your 870deals gift certificates at this location or the other, the “DM- MAGGIE” changed the rules. So instead of using $50 worth of certificates THAT I ALREADY PAID $25 FOR, you can only use one gift certificate in the amount of $10! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Money hungry at its finest. We took our family of 6 here and was able to purchase a family meal and feed everyone comfortably with paying with 4 of the certificates and just a few extra bucks out of pocket. As of today, 6/24/24 they denied us that option. Very unprofessional and not the way to run a business!! FOLLOW THE DAMN RULES of the gift certificates Guthries, losing customers more every day!

Me and a friend ordered through the drive through. The guy who took our order was really short with us and monotone. At the end of our order when he said the total, he mocked my friend by imitating their voice. It was extremely rude and disrespectful. They also only gave us one sauce for our two orders.

It was very salty it’s a heart attack waiting to happen don’t recommend and took so long to answer the drive through one girl hung up after I said my order and out somebody else on the intercoms and took 30 minutes just for salty chicken

This is some of the best chicken strips and fries in town. The dipping sauce just sets the difference from others. Easy and quick.

We participated in receipt day twice. The first time we heard about it on Facebook. They announced the receipt day and then announced redemption day. This time I saw receipt day but still had t seen the redemption day. I called to ask and the manager said it was last week. I explained I missed it bc I was expecting if the recipet day was announced on fb I expected the redemption day to also be announced on fb. She didn’t have any answers what so ever. She said she didn’t run fb. Also said it should be at the bottoms of the receipt I sent explained it was not and that I ordered online. She then told me online orders weren’t allowed for receipt day and when I told her I had placed my first recipet day order online as well she again had no answers. Just seemed liked they wanted to draw people on to spend money but didn’t care to follow up to hold up their part of the deal.

the best fried chicken in jonesboro. I love this place more than any other- the chicken is magnificent and juicy tender. i wish there were seasoned fries though, and maybe another sauce since i eat their traditional one so much

Says they are open but had the doors locked…if your not going to have the lobby open maybe put a sign somewhere that says so
