Food is very inconsistent. I’ve gone before and had the Tom Yum soup, and it was absolutely amazing. I went again and this time it was completely inedible. It’s very disappointing to spend over $30 for a lunch that you cannot eat any of. I was told this is a consistent issue as the kitchen frequently orders varying items. Very disappointing. Avoid if you prefer consistent quality.
My husband and I love this place! We ate here recently and our server, Teya, was great! She was so personable and helpful. Absolutely recommend K-Pot!

I’ve eaten here many times and it’s always been a good experience, however, this week I couldn’t finish my meal. I went to the restroom and saw a cockroach crawling on the wall outside the bathroom, the melon from the buffet i grabbed also has a small brown bug on it, and the cabbage they brought out for my hotpot had visible dirt on it (maybe they didn't wash it?). I told the waitress and she apologized and said she would let her boss know but I never heard anything beyond that.
Food was amazing! Victoria, the manager, was so kind and welcoming. She was professional and wonderful. Brea was our waitress. Brea is the best! We had no clue what to do or what to order. She took so much time helping us order. Highly recommend KPot. Fun family night. Y'all. The ShrimP!

My wife and I recently joined friends for dinner at K Pot in Jonesboro. While we have visited fondue-style restaurants before, this experience was different, in a very good way.
We arrived during the typical dinner hour and were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Our server, Gentry, did an excellent job walking us through the ordering and cooking process. As first-time diners, we appreciated how he made the experience feel easy and approachable, offering helpful suggestions along the way. He was especially attentive when it came to spice levels, which mattered for our group. Two of us love intense heat, while the other two prefer minimal spice. Gentry handled this balance perfectly.
The menu includes a wide selection of vegetables, but our group focused primarily on meat and seafood. K Pot offers two cooking options: group tabletop grilling and individual broth pots. We chose both for a small, additional fee. This option worked best for our group because the choice applies to the whole table. Basically, everyone at the table will do the broth, grill, or both. The broths range from mild options, such as miso, to much spicier Szechuan-style selections. There is also a buffet of items along the back wall to add to your dishes. Orders are placed as a group, and once service begins, it is an all-you-can-eat experience for two hours.
Throughout the meal, Gentry kept our table well supplied with food and drinks. I have heard some concerns about the cost online, but for our table of four, the total came to approximately $200, or about $50 per person. In all honesty, that is typical for a good dinner in Jonesboro, especially given the quality, quantity, and experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will absolutely be back.

Me and my boyfriend went friday afternoon around 2pm to enjoy my birthday dinner before we saw a movie. We got greeted immediately but after we sat down, the server took 5 minutes to come back to even ask us what we wanted to drink. once she brought our waters, she said that someone else would come take our order since the ipad was down, 15 minutes passed and no one came to take our order nor walked by to ask if we were doing okay. we decided to get up and leave and thats when a server decided to ask us had our order been taken. It was not busy that day, There were maybe 3 tables of people. It was honestly an awful experience and it ruined my birthday day.

It was our first time there and Teya made sure our experience was easy and comfortable. Not only was the service fantastic, so was the food. We had both kbbq and hotpot. Out of all the dishes we grilled for lunch, I’d say the bulgogi was the best, I’ll be sure to try the spicy one when I come back.

First, the restaurant is not crowded, plenty of available table but you guys not really pay attention to us, it takes me long to have a table to sit with a pad that require turn-on and it takes another 10-15 minutes for someone to unlock it.
Second, the short-staff is not a customer fault, you guys claims that there is party going on, but we paid the same amount to have dinner, the serving speed and attention to our table is terrible
Third, waiting time for order is long, and it counted as eating time of customer, actual wait is 12 mins for the first 2 dishes, and 8 more mins for the rest of simple order... and we sit there waiting nearly 30 mins for the first dish to be served, you guys think that normal?
Forth, look at the grill, its black and no-one pay attention enough to change it, and i asked for 4 times, to 4 different staffs and only 1 truly listen and change the grill.
This is a terrible experience, previous time its not that bad guys!

Ok let’s get started. (This is my personal experience nothing towards anyone in this and no hate to anyone)
When we first walked in the host/manager was super friendly. We sat to the side to wait to be seated it took a good 6-10 minutes for us to get sat they were fairly busy and had a birthday happening. Definitely not a bad sitting time with everything they had going on.
Well we got sat and our server Jacob came over a few minutes later to explain how the systems were down and that this experience will be a-little different from normal flow of things which we were ok and understanding about. He did a wonderful job explaining the menu to us and helped guide us through ordering. Communication was impeccable and we greatly appreciated the help.
Unfortunately afterwards it went down hill. (this was our personal experience). He gave us our drinks and we never saw him again except one time after the manager/host came and refilled my empty drink I had for over 10 minutes. By this time a lot of tables around us had left. We sat for 40 minutes total (keep in mind in this time a server stopped and asked us who our server was and told us she’ll get him for us and he still didn’t show for 20 minutes of that) whenever he finally came back I had asked for a box for my cousins food and the check. (After being a server I love seeing itemized checks and had asked for one) well turns out you have to pay 7.50 for a Togo container which isn’t his fault but very much at this time was like “well no it’ll be fine” and he said “well we will wait for her to get out the bathroom to see”.. so then I just say go ahead and get that box for her and my check please. We drove out 2 hours to try this place and we had errands to run and I just needed to leave.
Well he leaves and comes back without the itemized ticket ok whatever I have my card out ready to pay he pours her soup in the container she comes back to the table he then goes to get the check and then leaves for another 15 minutes. Me and my cousin watched him help everyone around us and avoid our table. When he finally comes back the manager is behind him he then informs me that I pay off his tablet and I never got that itemized receipt so he left for no reason and held us there longer to bring the manager who then asked us about our experience when he walked away for my receipt. I was honest and the service sucked we saw her walk past us more than he ever did our entire time there.
She followed us out and took a percent off my meal after I told her it wasn’t necessary. I didn’t want anything free I just wanted a good dining service. And before you ask yes he still got tipped from me. Not because I think he deserved it but bc I gave him the benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad day for him.
I’m not sure if it was just a bad day because of the systems or what but it’s very unfortunate having a dining service like this. With all the being said I’m by no means trying to bash anyone. And truly hope it was a one time thing to happen. Overall the food itself was good quality.
