I came to Jonesboro for my college graduation in May. We ordered from this restaurant, a pizza and some bbq wings. I was the only one who ate the wings and got food poisoning from them. I almost missed my graduation the next day from being stuck in bed. My wife and I had a whole day planned and missed everything but the graduation ceremony to me being sick. I felt better that next evening and felt completely fine the day after that when we went home.

I had my wellness exam for work 2 days later and the doctor said there was no doubt that was food poisoning from the chicken. not a virus, not anything else, it was food poisoning. Whether it was undercooked or just spoiled meat, we couldn't determine just based on the description of how I felt, timing from when I felt bad after eating, etc.

I got so sick, I got black eyes from throwing up. I didn't even know that was a thing. My high-resolution graduation photos are God awful, and I look like death...won't be purchasing those, I guess.

I've had Marcos in other states before and it was fine, just an unfortunate experience that is part of the risk of eating out.

The food tasted fine, not great, but not bad. The delivery driver came to the hotel room which was great instead of just staying in the lobby. I appreciate that.

Not sure if and when I'll be back in Jonesboro, AR again, but 100% will never eat at another Marcos again. While I was in the bathroom for the next 8 hours that night/early morning, between hurling sessions, I provided feedback via the email. I hope nobody else got sick. I got a free cheesy bread coupon for my feedback....good job Marcos.

It's fine pizza, they have a drive through pickup window which is nice for easy order grabbing. Otherwise it's a pretty standard Marcos, not a fancy pizza place but it's good pizza.

Tonight was my first order, pizza was fantastic. The sauce is not loaded with sugar like alot others. Crust was thin and crisp. Great pizza.

No pizza joint in Jonesboro can match the fresh and Italian pizza from Marco's Pizza. I am from Philly (Philadelphia, PA ), and we have real Italian Pizza, which is the as sold in New York City. Brooklyn, and the Jersey Shore. I have been a customer of this location since it opened. I introduced my grand-daughters to Marco's and it brings an awesome smile. The sauce is perfecto ! The freshness cannot be beat. The dough is made fresh and not frozen. Viva Marco's !!!!

I just got taken by this pizza company for $54. I made an order online and hit the "place your order" button and instantly get a message saying payment rejected then about five seconds later i get a notification from my bank saying i was charged by Marcos for the order. So i call both locations to make sure my order went through and they say there is no order in there system. This would have been my first time trying this franchise and they rob me right off the bat. Never again!!

Update: I was eventually refunded my money but still a bad experience for me so beware of online ordering.

I Ordered over $50 in food for my family and only got some of my food. Called to let them know we were missing some items. Got ahold of a server(Bibke) told him my issue. He said he was not able to handle my issue but he would call his manager. Manager (Antonio) was not there at the moment and said call back tomorrow. Bibke said he would talk to the driver (Kj)to see what happened never hear from driver on what just never delivered it or maybe he ate it. I asked if I didn't receive it could I get a refund for missing items told he could do it well could you send the missing items couldn't do that either. Now we are at a problem I asked for everyone's names so I can report them to corporate but some how the manager that wasn't there was able to to say he would talk to the owner and driver but you just weren't there all is still being relayed by Bibke. What is that going to fix? I ordered today fix is easy refund or send the rest of my order. Finally Bibke says we are going to send the rest of your order out to you.

We had gotten a Large Sausage, Pepperoni, extra cheese, extra crispy. Which was very good although we’re not sure about the getting the extra cheese. We did ask for Parmesan Cheese and got some kind of Garlic Sauce. Rate 4 out of 5.
