Listen. I don't care what time of day I order coffee. When I ask for it fresh, I expect it fresh. They continue to hand me cold coffee and then make me wait for fresh. If you fix it fresh when I order, I don't mind waiting. This is ridiculous and management needs to get this handled. No coffee drinker wants cold coffee that's obviously been sitting for house. This makes me mad EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! However, its the only McDonald's on my route. Please STOP 🛑

These guys in here are so incredibly slow last night. I was in the drive-through for an hour tonight. I’m in the drive-through for 45 minutes. They cost me money and they cost McDonald’s money because Hella people are driving away because they are so slow slow slow, slow, slow slow Big back in. They’re eating all the cheeseburgers getting paid in cheeseburgers.

The worst mcdonalds in Jonesboro. Been ordering here for ten years. For the first five I'd say was one of the best mcdonalds I've ever ordered from. Since Covid it has become the worst experience to be apart of you could imagine anytime you try to order or do business. The workers are more concerned with arguing with you or denying selling you food rather than fixing concerns and making a better experience. I ordered breakfast on the mobile app at ten am this morning and sat inside till 11 waiting patiently as nobody was at the register and pandemonium in the kitchen. Then at 1105 told sorry, we stopped serving breakfast at 1030. Even tho my order was placed at ten and money taken from my account at ten at 1105 i was told because they forget to fill my order and their ac is out and bla bla bla my money would be refunded and I could order lunch but from another store because I was upset about my breakfast not being filled and the hour of my life wasted standing a hot mcdonalds lobby listening to workers complain and side step their job the whole time they didn't want to deal with me and would call cops if I didn't leave. This experience was so terrible I will never order from mcdonalds again. And it's so constant it'd be insane for me to keep going thinking it will get better. But for anyone reading, go anywhere but Redwolf Mcdonalds in Jonesboro. You're quicker to get in a fight than you are to get your food.

We get something from here almost daily, whether breakfast or dinner, snacks, drinks, coffee. Certain shifts know us by name & are really awesome to us. Landon, one of the managers, is the best. They do mess up our orders frequently, so I recommend checking your order before you leave. (We order plain burgers and they are forever putting everything on them anyway.) If we don't catch the mistake before we get home, they are usually good about correcting it when we call - when they answer the phone. Overall though, it is one of the better McDonald's in this area.

Gave them a straight forward order and didn’t get anything close to that order. They couldn’t get the order straight in the drive through so one would think they would try to correct this at the window. Guess that’s too much to ask.

The whole night shift has to go, why is it taking over an hour to get food out? First we were told we could only get food if we were DoorDash or mobile order. Then they proceed to make us wait over an hour for our mobile order.
