Ordered $30 worth of food and my order was thrown together very sloppy...missing food out my bag. Had to come all the way back across town sit in the drive thru line for another 20-25 minutes to receive another incorrect order. The crew was holding a conversation about cheating I'm assuming not knowing they still had the headset on and everything could be heard in the drive thru. Very childish night crew. I will not be visiting this location again anytime soon. ? ??

Usually end up late for work because they don't put themselves in a hurry. A lot of times you can sit at the menu board for up to 5 minutes before they answer. Even if there are no other cars.

Trashy employees with nasty attitudes..asked for my doordash that was already ready with 3 employees standing infront of the Frappuccino machine one being a manager when I asked for the bag that was already ready instead of one of them grabbing it I was told I was going to wait till they got ready...yall really make jonesboro trashy

Obviously been to many different McDonald's locations like everyone else. But I will say the lady at the drive thru was very nice and friendly so the service was great. And the food was nice and fresh as well. The place looked nice and well maintained. A great location

We won't be back!! We gave them 2 chances which was 2 too many! First incident was an app order. Took 35 minutes and would have taken longer if we didn't go inside.2nd time was a drive through breakfast order. They told us to park and they would bring it out. 20 minutes later we have to go inside because they forgot about us again!! AND still got the order wrong. Worst McD around!!
