Went for a bite to eat after a movie hoping for a small steak dinner and quick prompt service. I was in luck as I had a waitress by the name of Hope that was friendly, quick, and very attentive. I had a total of five glasses of water she would never allow the water to get low. My waitress would check on me every time something was served or while waiting on the next dish. I was in and out very quick with great service and great food. I will be back for sure.

We recently visited Outback Steakhouse, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. While the service was decent, it was overshadowed by several issues that made our visit less than enjoyable. First off, the steaks weren't cooked to the right temperature. We ordered a steak "Medium-Well" but it came out closer to "Rare". The manager was responsive and took it back to have it recooked, but when it came back, it was virtually the same-undercooked and riddled with fat, making it unappetizing. The texture was off, and the appearance was far from appealing, we didn't even end up eating it. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was less than ideal. We were seated near a group who, based on their behavior, seemed to have smoked weed and drank before coming in. They were loud, obnoxious, and openly talking about harassing another table, all while making crude comments right in front of the people they were targeting. They constantly turned around and bothered us while we were trying to enjoy our meal, which added to the discomfort of the evening. In the end, the food didn't make up for the unpleasant experience, and we left feeling like we didn't get our money's worth. Joe, the manager was great to us but we don't think we'll be back again.

I was there picking up 2 Uber orders tonight but I have ate......and drank there a few times and we had a couple strong adult beverages while waiting on our order to come out and I remember the sampler appetizers were amazing and I eat my steaks medium-medium rare and I remember it was cooked perfectly and tender. Then the person I was with ordered the boomerang which comes with 4 different flavors of those night night juices and welllllll... I kinda remember eating my steak but I got the loaded baked potato as well and it was crusted in huge chunks of sea salt and wasn't crazy about it.

Today was our 2nd time coming here and both times have been great! no complaints. food was great and Mr. Josh is so nice and welcoming!
I think this is our new eating spot whenever we come to Jonesboro. We drive from Marion to get to enjoy this location's good food and atmosphere!

Service was very slow and our waiter seemed confused on the menu and any questions we had my friend asked for a cup of ice to go at the end of our meal and he never came back so we just left we got the steak queso it was good our blueberry martinis had zero alcohol in them it seemed my chicken was extremely overcooked and burned overall not a good first time experience
