I never saw a bread store that didn't have bread to go with our soup. They gave us an apple instead. We still had to pay for what we didn't get. What are you going to do with an apple with a salad And soup. Very unsatisfied with poor management.

They were out of bread an hour before they close, so they served me on some wonder bread…No discount, just plain bread. Why not make more bread and donate the excess to shelters? Or offer at discount the next day? Or make bread pudding or something out of it?…My French onion soup came out cold BUT the register girl was very nice Ja’kayla, I think.

Unfortunately Panera have decided to go to self service kiosks. Unfortunately you need to add your mobile number but, as a uk visitor, it does not accept it. As no other way to complete the transaction I had to find an alternative place for my food. The two evenings previously, they had an assistant manning a cash register but the staff could not use it on Thursday. I would have thought the manager would have been able to open the register but obviously not!

I came when it was not very busy, I ordered an iced coffee to blueberry muffins and a water cup. I was given the muffins and the water cup was not told that the iced coffee had to be made myself so I waited for about 10 minutes before I finally asked one of the workers about the iced coffee who pointed in direction without telling me that you had to make it yourself so I’m trying to figure it out. A worker sees me messing with the hot coffee and I asked do I have to make the iced coffee myself and she said yes turns out the coffee was terrible. And I wasted 15 minutes, trying to figure out where the coffee was when a worker could’ve just helped me and I was waiting around trying to ask for help. I then needed a Togo box because I was annoyed with the nasty coffee. Again, I wanted in line with 2 other people for 15 min before I got help and I was given attitude because I didn’t know that the boxes were in a reachable place. Also, I had to wait five minutes to ask them to put milk in the creamer section because there was none. I wasted over an hour just trying to eat a muffin and have some coffee and I didn’t even get to enjoy with my child because there was zero customer service.
