We ordered the croque monsieur croissant toast sandwich and the fromage croissant toast sandwich. When they handed it out the window I questioned if there were two sandwiches in the bag. There was. The first had a few spinach leaves, cheese, a dash of grilled onions and a sweet sauce on Texas toast. The second was four thin slices of ham, provolone and some kind of aioli. This was $19.65 and no where near worth it. We went for the croissant toast and got Texas toast. What a disappointment. We were reminded tonight of why we don't go to Panera.

I ordered a whole Greek salad with chicken for lunch today. Much to my surprise, I would waste $13 for lunch.. the salad was unfit to eat. Most of the lettuce was wilted brown and soggy.. it was old. It wasn’t even a Greek salad.. the red onions were old and slimy. Very disappointed!! I will not go back.

I Love how we found out that the bread is made fresh every day. And they donate the leftover bread to churches to feed the hungry. Great ministry.

My large door dash order for work was completely wrong by the time it made it to me and my coworkers. Jimmy and his crew made it right by completely remaking our large order, and even included free cookies for the inconvenience. Top notch customer service!

I never saw a bread store that didn't have bread to go with our soup. They gave us an apple instead. We still had to pay for what we didn't get. What are you going to do with an apple with a salad And soup. Very unsatisfied with poor management.

? Dude

They were out of bread an hour before they close, so they served me on some wonder bread…No discount, just plain bread. Why not make more bread and donate the excess to shelters? Or offer at discount the next day? Or make bread pudding or something out of it?…My French onion soup came out cold BUT the register girl was very nice Ja’kayla, I think.

Unfortunately Panera have decided to go to self service kiosks. Unfortunately you need to add your mobile number but, as a uk visitor, it does not accept it. As no other way to complete the transaction I had to find an alternative place for my food. The two evenings previously, they had an assistant manning a cash register but the staff could not use it on Thursday. I would have thought the manager would have been able to open the register but obviously not!
