My father is in hospital with heart failure , he decided he thought he wanted spaghetti. After calling a couple places asking if they could do a spaghetti sauce with no salt. We called Pastaria 49 and they were very eager to help us. They explained that is not something they normally do, and wasn’t for sure how it would be, but was very willing to make him a heart healthy meal. This place was a hidden gem. While visiting Jonesboro we decided to try something a little different from the usual chain restaurants. The atmosphere was welcoming, the place was clean, and the food was great!! We weren't sure of the process, but was kindly walked through. They have TVs on the wall giving you visuals of menu items as well as how they make their hand made pasta. I thought that was a nice touch.
