The staff here not very nice or professional The manager sees employees not doing their job and he doesn’t say anything to them The young lady at the front counter stood there on her phone for a good minute before she asked how can I help you? This is the reason why jobs even though it’s just fast food is closing down nationwide because of horrible customer service, lack of accountability. It’s so sad.

Placed an order for my usual, because I only eat certain things at certain restaurants. I decided to go to this location instead of my usual location because it was closer. (Never again)So I order the 6pc hbbq bone in wings w ranch. Get to the window where the young lady taking the money was nice. But once I told her that the order was wrong and she processed to tell the lady I'm assuming took my order that lady was like no that's what she ordered and I know that's what she said she didn't say honey bbq. I'm like I said it 2 you twice. The crazy part is I got 8pc instead of 6,? they took the regular ghost pepper wings that they gave me and just poured the bbq sauce on it. So you got my order wrong blamed me and then y'all gave me and 8pc instead of a 6pc. ? ???¿? I'm so tired of going to restaurants and they have people with horrible customer service skills working there. No proper training for the staff as well as management. I'm so glad I do know how to cook. Y'all keep teaching me to save money because coming to y'all just ain't worth my time and a waste of money. Because apparently people have a hearing problem and cannot count. But they're going to say it's the customers fault. Yes I understand customer aren't always right. But being in customer service myself for over 30+yrs. It's definitely the company's fault for not paying employees enough, proper training, and/or not work overload for the few employees they do have. All because the company wants to save money so the top can keep getting richer. Companies don't care like they use too.

Ordered food online and they didn’t have everything so went back to ask for the rest of my food, was told that they didn’t have what I ordered and can’t refund me that I have to go through app so then asked if they could at least give me more sweet heat sauce and she refused. Is not the first time the employees have not offered to make up for their mistakes. Will not be eating here anymore

Never will I eat here again. I got a 3 tender plate with mack and cheese. The tenders were almost all breading, and the little bit of chicken that was in it was rubbery. The mac and cheese was too dry to eat
