This location is good, it just needs a little bit more of TLC piped up in there!!! It is a good location, just needs a lil something added for extra cushion.

I ordered 2, 3 piece specials and 2 strawberry cream pies via door dash so my order arrived sealed. I opened it to find i was missing the pies completely. The pies are 4.50 plus tax on doordash. I also didnt have any condiments and you know we need that for the biscuits. I called, and the manager Sam was very rude and said it was nothing he could do because I ordered delivery. He couldnt even reassure me that they will double check and make sure those packing the orders will make sure everything is in the bag before sealing it. When I contacted door dash, they offered to review a refund option for the pies because Popeyes wasn't accepting delivery at the moment so they couldnt have my pies resent.
Listen, I know I received 6 pieces of dry, lukewarm chicken and 2 biscuits that could soak a bottle of water, but what about my pies? I paid for them and they were what I most look forward to of all. I had a CRAVING. I put my man on them pies and we was so hype. I just wanted them to redeliver my pies. I had 2 yesterday and thats exactly why I ordered Popeyes today. I would have rather they kept the chicken.honestly. I cant believe they just stole my money and told me oh well. I will never buy anything from them again. The chicken isn't as good as it used to be anyway. And I used to work there circa 2014. They lost a loyal customer. Especially store #13211 on Harrisburg Road

Service was horrible. I ordered on the app. They received my order at 8:19 pm. I first sat in a long drive thru line and get to the window and was asked to pull to the side and was never told how long the wait was going to be. So I assumed it wouldn't be long. It actually took over 30 minutes.After 20 minutes I called the store and they said it takes about 20 minutes to cook the chicken and I had about four minutes to wait. Which I informed him that I was never told how long the wait will be because if I had known I would have canceled my order. I finally received my order at 8:55pm and was told that they had threw in 2 extra biscuits for the wait. I got which is no more than 10 minutes away and the chicken was cold and the fries were greasy and limp. Never will I ever eat there again.

Been coming to this location last couple of months food is delicious and the service was great. Will definitely be doing future business with them

Ordered two meals. Picked them up and drove across town to get home after a long and tiring day. Open the bag and there is only one meal in the bag. So we had to split one meal between two people. How hard it is to check a bag before you give it to a customer. We were in the drive through so I’m not going all the way across town to pick get what we are missing. God I hope the open the other location soon as this one is just incompetent.

Chicken had been sitting out too long. It looked old and dried. I immediately returned the chicken for a not so much better replacement. Ended up giving it to my son.
