They were swamped when I got there and somehow in the midst of the crazy, our order got messed up. Once I got home, my husband called the store, they were very polite, and asked us if we wanted to bring it back to the store. I brought it back to the store, the service was wonderful and they fixed the errors super quickly! Overall, I was very pleased with this experience, along with the other times I’ve visited this store!
Never been to a fried chicken that wouldn’t cook chicken. Went through drive through. Ordered the shrimp combo and asked for two chicken wings spicy. They at first tried to charge me meals, I stated I just wanted the chicken. They then proceeded to tell me there was only mild. I told them I was fine waiting. They deleted my chicken wings and gave me my total and told me to pull around. This was at 730pm so not like they were about to close. At least the shrimp was good
I love Popeye's Chicken!!! The store beside Walmart Home Market just down from Central Baptist Church, is where I go. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and professional. I always get their Signature chicken. Always great & I don't have to wait long at all. 2 thumbs up!!!
