Started coming here every Tuesday a few years ago food was good to the point I had started coming few times a week. And now I don't know what changed over the past year up until now but the quality of the food has went down hill. Gave it one more chance the other night and the chips were half cooked didn't even have serving utensils to make the food. At this point rather just spend the extra money at Chipotle for better quality. Really was hoping this place had went back to how good it used to be. But I guess it is what it is

Oil was so old and rancid the chips stench filled the car with noxious fumes on the way home. Immediately threw them out in horror, checked the food, all ice cold, hoping the one single bite I took isn’t enough to kill me or something, but with our experience I wouldn’t be surprised. Holy crap it’s no wonder nobody was there on a Friday night all the former customers are likely dead. Owner/manager do not bother with a generic “we are so sorry to hear…” reply, DO. BETTER. Nobody should eat here unless they wanna throw 15$ a person away.

I went here at about 6:34 and a half PM. The open sign was not on and there were no customers in that place. It looked like people never go there. Eventually someone came out from the back. I thought I was by myself for a few minutes. It was the kind of situation where you start thinking, “this is how my name comes up in one of those crime shows as the person who finds a crime scene.”
Anyway, I’m a fan of Qdoba normally, but this stuff didn’t taste anything like any Qdoba I’ve ever had. I guess that’s why no one was eating there.
Also, for not a single other customer in there other than me, where did all the drinking straws go? I couldn’t find one anywhere, and the person who was working was gone, and they didn’t strike me as someone who could be concerned with straws anyway.
I asked around. Seems others had the same take on the food here as I did. I probably won’t be back.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for years and always had great experiences under the previous management, which makes this visit especially disappointing. While the food was okay overall, it was extremely dry. My chicken quesadilla tasted stale and was clearly old. The chicken also looked undercooked, which was concerning. Unfortunately, the service made the experience even worse. The manager was not very friendly and came across as stingy, dismissive, and standoffish. This is the first time I’ve had such a negative experience here, and it’s disappointing to see such a decline in both food quality and service.

Both orders were wrong and thrown together like the employees were angry at customers or hated their job. We ordered, picked up, and were eating at home within 15 minutes, and the food was still ice cold. And since when is a chicken bowl wrapped in a burrito?

I ordered online. They were out of part of my order. I asked for a refund. The woman behind the counter refused to refund and told me that they couldn’t refund it. She didn’t offer any other solutions. She said she would call her boss, but the boss would tell me the same thing. The boss fixed it. I can’t imagine having a worse experience other than them actually just keeping my money.
Incredibly rude staff. Rolled eyes at me for even walking in. Left me standing for almost 5 minutes just to tell me they couldn’t serve me a burrito because they “were out”. Horrible experience, will never be back.

I don’t recommend visiting this place after 9 pm. Although they claim to be open until 10 pm, they don’t seem to care about taking orders. Before I even started my order the gentleman pretty much told me he was out of several items “but yeah it’s all good” and that let me know I should just leave. That’s exactly what I did.

Currently eating here now. The girl that helped me was less than enthusiastic, and spoke at a decibel that was barely even audible. The portions were 👎🏻 compared to Chipotle, considering the price difference, the rice in my bowl wasn’t even fully cooked, and nothing had ANY flavor. I could’ve spiced all this up better myself at home. Definitely won’t be returning.
