4/14/25 - Online order placed with scheduled pickup time between 6:11-6:21pm. I arrive at 6:25pm. My food is not ready, then I’m informed that they don’t have brown rice prepared. Whatever, white rice it is… After waiting an additional 15m, my food is brought to me, at which point I’m then informed that they’re also out of lettuce. To top it off, it was cold.

The people that work here make me feel so welcomed and well looked after. They are joyous, funny, and so helpful. The food is CONSISTENTLY AMAZING 👏 🤩 and the lobby is pristine. I know it's a chain, but this place feels like mom and pop/hometown/local to the area. I don't eat out a lot, but when I do, I come here because I'm never disappointed. 🥳

I've not been in a Qudoba this bad. Old guacamole, old oily grilled mush veggies, and they actually now charge 1.75 for a tortilla on tye side of a bowl. I asked for Qudoba to reach out to me but as we can all see on reviews they do not care about bad quality. I downloaded the Chipotle app and had it today and it was perfect. As a bonus the entire staff is smiles and friendly. Maybe Qudoba should secret shop them and learn a few lessons.

The food was not good, not the Qdoba I remember. Lacked seasoning and didn't taste Mexican at all. Reminded me more of a Asian rice bowl. I should have turned around when I saw the sign, independently owned on the door. Never again.
