As someone who worked at Sonic for two years, I try to be patient but there was no excuse for why our food took as long as it did. We came on 10/31/25 after we went trick or treating and we had two mobile orders that were the exact same: two corn dogs and a small order of chicken bites and between the two we waited at the stall for over 45 minutes. There were barely any cars at the other stalls so it was not busy at all, and we weren’t able to go back out to trick or treat because it was too late by the time our second order FINALLY came. Extremely disappointed, and absolutely ridiculous. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Excellent service at this location as always. It seems they were a little short handed and it took a little while for my order to come out however having worked at a sonic for 3+ years previously I understand how a short handed fast food restaurant works and chose to give them grace. Every one did an excellent job including the manager Destiny Blackman. I will be back

Online ordering for shacks messed up and had to call store to tell of app. issue and then once there shakes were melted, one 9f employees got upset when she had to remake a shake ..
The app has where you remove or add items of which I ordered
strawberry shake with no whip or cherry or fruit top added.
I was told of error abd I apologize to young man but the manager girl got upset ..I just won't use online anymore .

If you are going to advertise open till 12am try not to ignore guest who pull up at 9pm with no other cars and all the lights on. Just let us know you are not serving. Very unprofessional.

Did a mobile order, half the order was wrong. Manager stated that that is not what was ordered yet the manager did not want to see what exactly was ordered on the app. The app showed exactly what was ordered yet that's not what we got and it was not corrected.
