Waited for 30-40 minutes for 1 drink...asked for a refund, as I had no more time to waste.
Waited for over 20 min for Frappuccino and I have absolutely no idea why? As I stood back and watched I guess if I would have went in the drive thru line I would have gotten faster service. They literally put walk in customers to the very back. I ordered my drinks before ANY of the drive thru people did yet they seemed to get theirs drinks before me? I will NEVER go back to that location again!!!
I'm in town visiting family and I dropped by Starbucks this morning. I just want to say that Carrie, the window attendant, made my day - more than a greeting with a smile - she made me feel like a long time friend.. if you haven't been to THIS Starbucks, you need to try it. I will DEFINITELY go back tomorrow for another coffee.
