Officially the worst taco bell I've been to. Maybe the worst fast food experience I've ever had a well. Spent $50; missing a fourth of what we ordered. What we did receive - ingredients not fresh. Lettuce and tomatoes were borderline spoiled. It was like peeling a bandaid off when trying to unwrap the flattened tacos. The chalupa was wet. Not soggy but wet. Absolutely disgusted.

I go to KFC/Taco Bell knowing its not going to be the greatest sometimes but this is just stupid. More than half of my order is cold. They say there is no forks/spoons/knives and you can see some behind the counter. The people working don't even attempt to seem like they care to even be there. I know at the end of the day you want to close but when you have more than an hour to close at LEAST make sure food thats suppose to be hot is actually hot. Not refrigerator cold.

Waited nearly 20 minutes at the drive-thru on a Tuesday around lunch hour, just to see how long it would take for someone to get to the intercom to receive my order. There was a line behind me too, some started to drive away. I was told they didn’t know someone was at the drive-thru. I’m never given or asked if I need my receipt.
