I ordered from here and my order was missing $11.00 worth of items. Additionally, the taco bell items I received were not fresh. My order arrived at my home very quickly, but the food was not even warm. When I called about the issues, no effort was made to empathize or correct the issue. Do not door dash, uber eats, etc from here. Taco Bell employees will not help you or compensate you for any issues.

I wanted to try the brand new Taco Bell nuggets and asked for the $6 meal of 5 nuggets, fries, and a drink. They charged me the deluxe combo with two whole tacos for an extra $5, they charged me nearly $12. I am not that hungry so this food will be going to waste. When I asked at the window, they told me I was incorrect and to not trust the app when I clearly ordered from their own menu. They did not give me the sauce I asked for. The fries are extremely cold and overcooked, no potato in these fries. When I went in to ask for the sauce I was not given at the window, a poor old lady was standing to order the entire time I was waiting for someone to help, and the “help” was directly in front of us chatting about how everyone should go on break at 2pm. She said she had been waiting forever to just order. I go to this place on my work break because it’s so close but this is by far the worst experience I have had. Awful food, awful service. I do not recommend this Taco Bell AT ALL.

They said they closed at nine yet their sign said 10 for the lobby then they claimed “their system was shut down.” They were also rude and in my opinion should be shut down. Thank you.

The employees at the first window were yelling out of it while I couldn’t get to the window due to a car still in the way. Once they moved and I could pull forward and put I asked for my receipt she said they will give it you at the other window. Cashier name was Heavenlee. I pulled up to the second window and they immediately asked me to pull forward and wait. Wait time was excessive , and they didn’t ask if I wanted sauce so I decided to go inside . My order came and went back to my car realizing I still didn’t have my receipt. I walked back in and asked for it and it took forever. Finally they handed me a receipt that wasn’t even mine. I then asked for the right receipt and it again took forever . The employees were unprofessional, playing around, and the food line was covered in meat and cheese. Absolutely nasty and the management of this place should be fired for allowing such piss poor behavior , absolutely disgusting customer service and a filthy environment!! I will never go to this one again.

We ordered our dinner through the drive through-two mexican pizzas (only received one and it was NOT fresh!!) ordered three crunchy tacos (which were broken in the places), three soft tacos (barely had any meat in them), one chalupa (which the bread was NOT done!!). You would think for paying over $40 EVERYTHING would be better!!!!! PISS POOR service!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited for 10 minutes at the register while the store had nobody inside. Someone finally said they’d be a minute. I waited another 10 minutes and nobody came to serve us. We left. This is the 3rd time going to this location. The other time my order was wrong and the time before I asked for grilled chicken and she showed me a piece and told me I wouldn’t want it so we just left. Never again.

The young guy with dreads needs to be fired this Taco Bell would be alright if he was fired or better monitored he had his hands down his pants and he moves so slow makes you wonder! Better management needed
