This was just an all around bad experience. They didn’t put any butter with the rolls and we had to ask the waiters five times for some and the rolls were cold before we ever got any. My wife had chicken and I had a steak with a side of chili. No spoon for the chilli, and had to ask for that. It was an almost too cold to eat before she made it made it back with that. My wife’s chicken was horrible and that was probably the worst steak I’ve ever eaten in my life. Our glasses were empty half way through dinner and we didn’t get a refill until we had finally given up trying to choke down this dry food. Was way too pricey for the service and food we got. So yes, the food was bad and the service was horrible.

Zaelin was my server and she was absolutely amazing. Very charming and a classic server. She made me want to put on a uniform bc of how much she loves her job! You can just tell she’s so sweet!

When the waitress brought my steak she said they would bring my sweet potato right out. After 15 minutes, no potato. Told waitress to forget it and they could just deduct it. She said it was part of the meal and they couldn't deduct anything, but I could get it to go. Told her no thanks. Manager came by and said they couldn't deduct it, but I could get it to go. No other offer. Really indifferent attitude. They brought the smallest sweet potato I've ever seen at Texas Roadhouse. Not a glowing endorsement for the restaurant.
