They don't know how to cook steaks. Example of 3 steaks ordered on different visits; #1 requested medium rare, but served medium well. #2 requested medium well, but served rare, with pieces of medium rare. #3 requested medium rare, but served very well done. The serves is fantastic! I never complained about the steaks not being cooked properly, so I have no idea if they would fix the issue

Really disappointed with this visit. The food and waitress was good. However it was a surprise for me for my family and they told my daughter they would get us seated in 15 minutes. It took almost an hour for them to seat us. As we were waiting there were tables behind us that were empty and I asked several times for those tables and the host kept making excuses. Which made the wait longer. Well we finally get seated and one of my daughters had to leave bc the wait was so long and my granddaughter had a performance to go do. They didn't get to eat with us. Then as we were waiting to order they put people at the table I was asking for that the host made excuses as to there was no waitress. We spent over $200 that visit. The manager asked if everything was okay and I said no and told her what had happened. She said sorry but that doesn't help that part of our party had to leave bc they wouldn't let us have the table that was empty 45 minutes earlier.

Always great food. Steaks are always top notch. We eat here almost every week. Service can be hit or miss with some personnel but it's not terrible. Reserve a spot online and you almost have have a wait longer than 0-10 minutes if that.
