This is my 3rd time at this tropical smoothie Cafe and its nice inside. 1st time I came I waited 15 minutes before someone came to the register to see what I needed. I brushed it off to the fact that drive thru had orders and they were trying to keep up. 2nd visit I used drive thru service was speedy cashier was nice. 3rd visit I did drive thru again because walk-in customer service needs work. However I ordered my 2 things a drink and a side( sunrise sunset and kale and apple salad) they charged me for 3 things. Then I ate my salad and tried to drink my smoothie but kept getting big chucks of something hard. I took the chucks out my mouth to see what it was and I couldn't tell you what I was looking at it didn't melt or break down so I ended up throwing my smoothie away. So check your food and receipt before you leave. I won't be back 3rd bad experience is enough for me.

So my wife and I have tried the new tropical smoothie location in Jonesboro. Great service and a great atmosphere. Sadly the smoothies haven’t been accurate at all…. The first time I had a kiwi quencher we fell in love with it!!! We decided to go back the next day and was upset… it did not taste the same at all! We tried again a few days later and it was ok but not the best. Tried again 2 more times and had a great fantastic taste the 3rd time!!! But today… I’ll never buy it again…. No flavor at all…. ?

I stopped by here for lunch w/ a friend who recommended we stop and get food from here. I had high expectations for the food and once I tasted it I wasn’t disappointed! I ordered a Caribbean Jerk Wrap, A Green Dream Bowl, and a Kiwi Quencher Smoothie. The food was amazing. The service was great, and the atmosphere was very welcoming and lively. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend trying this place out if you’re ever in the area. I definitely will be eating here more often. 10/10

Let me tell you about a special thing that Tropical Smoothie has going on in Jonesboro at this location... his name is Mr. Yates. This guy came through my car wash, energized and happy to check out my own business and let met tell you ... all of my employees wanted to go to tropical smoothie to see him afterwords! When you have leadership at a business like that, it shows. This is for sure my spot, but also now my employee's spot to grab something fresh, energizing and delicious.
