My daughter in law and I came in to order instead of doing the drive thru…we had 4 drinks we needed to order—-the manager was cleaning and 2 blondes never said a word to us…I walked up to the register and the ladies just started looking at each other and laughing….I have never been treated as if I was non-existent before. The staff is wonderful!!! Sweet, friendly, accomodating. The manager was so friendly - helped us in sitting outside. Spotless venue, nice outside area and the salad was delicious!!!!

Still, many love Tropical Smoothie and keep coming back for years, even as prices have gone up. The reward program is worth using for points. The food is delicious, especially the Caribbean Jerk Wrap, Green Dream Bowl, and Kiwi Quencher Smoothie. The atmosphere is usually welcoming, and the standout employee, Mr. Yates, leaves a lasting impression with his energy and leadership. Overall, despite some hiccups, it's a recommended spot for fresh and tasty meals.
