Tried meal prep twice with this company. The first time, I gained weight. I thought maybe it was something I was doing... tried again... requested for macro adjustments to better fit my preference, schedule, etc. The owner would not do it and seemed to think it was bizarre that I wanted my macros adjusted to fit a schedule of low carb days and regular macro days... something I had been doing that worked for me, but I just wanted help with the meals being made with my busy schedule.. Gained weight yet again. I mentioned it to her and all she could talk about was how no one has ever gained weight on her plans and how prestigious it was and it’s just not possible. Too prideful to accept that what she offered me was not working. I’ve heard how she’s treated customers, workers, and people in general. I will not be returning.

The customer service was great they were really nice and gave us complimentary mimosas. The owner/chef was visible and replaced my food when I didn’t like some of the items. The protein donut holes are good. The decorations and setting was really trendy and bright.

Very innovative concept of serving healthy food! I walked in with a friend being a little skeptical about the taste but I was wrong. Healthy can be tasty too. I took the $5 box ($5only if you check in on Facebook otherwise $7). I took a variety of proteins and veggies. She microwaved it for me. All the varieties of chicken were really good, the salads were great as well considering they don't add salt to any of the food. It was a nice experience. I could eat to my heart's content without worrying about the calories. Will surely be back!

Food was good- service (pretty sure her name was Kaylee) sucked. She was rude and I’m fairly certain she was on something. Really just a bad impression for this place for me that I otherwise would be a regular at because of all the healthy choices!! Me nor my kids will be returning. Side note my child saw her picking her nose and she never reached for germ x or washed her hands. Kinda nasty.
