Umai Hibachi & Sushi

Worst service I've received in over 5 years from a restaurant. 20 mins until they took our order with i girl waiting all the tables while the other to just stood behind the counter doing nothing. Then I was served a salad with an unknown god awful dressing. Order took another 40mins finally make it to the table. My drink had stuff other than my drink floating around in it. On top of that they seem to prioritize Door Dash and Carryout orders over dine it. Watched 3 people come in and order after we did get their orders and leave. Save your money and go to just about any other asian restaurant in town. This one has fell off a cliff since they first opened.

This place has went majorly downhill. Had to wait 30mins longer than quoted time & food was horrible. I knew I shouldn't have tipped before knowing if the service was worth it. Last time we will waste our money there.

Pretty decent food not a fan of flying knives and fire at my dinner table, but pretty decent I liked it it was interesting fun unique and different I definitely just trying this place at least one time

What an awful experience. I didn't even order the attitudes of the noon staff was horrible. never going back to that place. Why is it you all can speak english one minute then switch to chinese the next... Hey some of us can speak chinese, we know what your saying about us.

I've been sleeping on this place! I have whined for a couple of years now about how it's hard to find udon in Jonesboro. I was looking around on DoorDash for ideas & found that they have udon soup AND yaki (stir fried) udon! I ordered the chicken udon soup and a lychee tea with mango popping boba. The soup broth was light & fresh, the chicken was tender, & the noodles were cooked perfectly: not too firm or too soft. The lychee tea was a refreshing surprise! I'd never had it before. There were lots of fresh fruit slices and it was delightfully tart. It has almost a floral quality which at first tasted odd, but grew on me by the 2nd drink. My son got the hibachi chicken & pronounced it good. He ranked the fried rice "okay." There was something about the seasoning that wasn't his favorite. I will happily order again & maybe next time head to the restaurant. Definitely going for the large fruit tea next time!

Hands down, the best Asian food in Jonesboro! It’s always fresh, always fantastic service, and the price is appropriate.

The sushi at this place is very good. I enjoyed my OMG roll a lot. And the hibachi shrimp came out tasting great as well.
