The food was great, but the service was far from it. The two people that interacted with us were both very rude and unprofessional. From the time we walked in the door, the girl working the register was short and basically told us to go sit down and look at a menu when we didn't know what we wanted to order. The lady who brought the food just walked up to the table and sat it down without even saying a word, no silverware to eat with. When I ask a question about a small dish for soy sauce, she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language, and finally rudely answered and pointed to the beverage station. Overall really disappointed at the experience. The food was good, but not good enough to make up for bad service.

I ordered the hibachi and chicken, with a California roll. It was absolutely s*it. By far the WORST hibachi I have ever had. The food tasted unsanitary, the steak was undercooked, everything overall lacked flavor. Edited: 95% of the food is in its original container untouched. The steak was still walking when I got it, needless to say it was undercook. I can’t phantom giving the remaining portion to a dog, that’s my opinion. I remember you too, you kept talking me out of about how MY experience was with your food. Again, my experience at your establishment was below the minimum experience when eating hibachi. I can bring the food back to you, it’s not an issue to me, and you can have it, or throw it away.

My daughter wanted bubble tea and we saw this place from the road, so we stopped in for a bite. We ordered Crab Ragoon, the Pink Lady Sushi Roll, Chicken Lo Mein & Kids Steak and Rice (hibachi style). Venus was our server and she was very nice and helpful. The food was so fast we couldnt believe it! Definitely have the ragoon. Its really good. The lo mein was ok. Really tender chicken. The Pink Lady was yummy. We will def go back to this place!

When soft shell crab tastes like chicken liver, how old is it? That is not normal. The Spider Roll, which has soft shell crab, would have been, but that crab was seriously not fresh. The hibachi is good, but the vegetables are too soft. The other sushi rolls I had were great.

My first time at Umai restaurant and my experience with the food and service were amazing. I had a Chicken and steak Hichachi and it was delicious. The services were amazing and the owner and her staff were very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place...ah they also have a full bar.....????

They made feel appreciated.Place organization: I would say Umai team is well organized and maintain the restaurant very clean. The place is nice and cozy.Food menu and food readiness:The menu has a wide variety of choices for everyone’s taste. After ordering, the food came to my table fairly quickly.Food taste: You really want to get here because the food is delicious, fresh, and tender.Bubble tea: I loved the taste and creativity of this drink.I highly appreciate the welcoming and the service at Umai Hibachi, Suchi, and Bubble tea.

The food was average. The people working was very nice and service was quick. My husband got the shrimp hibachi and I got the chicken hibachi. We shared a spicy California roll and our total was $38.93!

I didnt even know this place was here! I drove by and the signage alone was enough to get me to stop. Loved the atmosphere and the music was a great accompaniment to the meal.Good variety of dishes, appetizers, and drinks. Adult beverages and drinks are available and I look forward to sampling them with various meals.The staff was very polite, efficient, and made sure my needs were met.A nice place for a quick bite and I left wanting to return.I forgot to take a picture of the House Udon Noodle dish, it was carryout. I loved it!!

Me and my family been ordering from these people for couple months now.... they're always great staff there and especially the manager is amazing!! We love their mangos and strawberry bubble tea's highly recommended!! We definitely love Annie she a sweetheart!!?♥️
