Went in for a pickup for a DoorDash order I placed online and the girl was unnecessarily rude. Based on their service, I'd be willing to bet the owner's aren't from around here- that's a terrible representation of our community...

The service was exceptional last night. I did not realize that in my order one of the meals had mushrooms and we are allergic to this, but the person who answered my call with the complaint offered to send a new order without the mushrooms and they not just brought it quickly but the flavor was above all expectations ... a customer service above and beyond!!

The salad is my go to. The ranch dressing is phenomenal. They have a wife variety of different pizzas. I love the options and not had a bad thing yet. Definitely our pizza of choice in Jonesboro
Finally tried Upper Crust for the first time recently. Unfortunately was not very impressed. The crust tasted like card board. I have had better pizza from a gas station. Since moving to Jonesboro we have tried all of the pizza places in town and by far The Lost Pizza Company is the best..
