We were the only people inside the store. Workers saw us but continued cleaning. There were customers in the drive thru too. Worker took our order without punching it in, so it was wrong. Our burgers were lukewarm, fries were ok. Dining area was clean. We were traveling through, but wouldn’t recommend it at all.

My friends and I went in to order food and there were at least 4 staff members who were actively ignoring us and refusing to take our order. There was nobody else in the restaurant and only
1-2 people in the drive though. They never spoke a single word to us and we stood there at the front counter for at least 15 minutes. No “we’ll be with you in a second” or “give us a few minutes and we will be right with you”. All they did was stare at us and ignore us. Like actively we’re making eye contact and avoiding talking to us. I even tried to get their attention multiple times. This is coming from somebody who works in fast food and would NEVER treat a service worker badly. We eventually ended up leaving and going to Jimmy John’s instead. Im not expecting a 5 star meal from a Wendy’s but I at least expect them to take my order.

A clean Wendy's in what looked like a newer part of Jonesboro. The food was cooked properly and the staff was very professional. As fast food goes this is 5 stars.

Store was flooded with water. Lady that waited on us was rude. Food was half way cold. Machine was out of sprite. Will never go back there again. Don't understand why we haft to have 100 letters in our review. That's stupid!!

I went here with my mother shortly after going to the dentist. Food was great, we got ours quick. We also decided to sit indoors and eat. While I admit, me and my mother both aren't really people-people we tend to avoid a crowd any time we can. We were the only ones sitting down until we actually sat down. Then 4 others came for a sit-down meal. Out of all the empty chairs the children sat right behind us playfully and excited to eat at Wendy's, they were kicking the back of our seat and forced us to move. Then continued to stare at me and my mother the entire time we tried to enjoy our meal. This place is perfect for people who don't become bothered by this type of thing, but if you read this and are bothered by something like my experience, I'd suggest not dining in. I know I won't be dining in here any time soon.

Rude, waited, and order was wrong. Stopped at this location while travelling through town. No one else in line but they pulled us up and we waited for our order they said we were waiting on the chicken breakfast sandwich. When the person brought our food out, pretty much threw it into the window. We were all kind of surprised, but really shouldn't have given the "attitude" it seemed all the employees had this morning. We pulled out, got back on the interstate, started going through the order. My bacon, egg and cheese croissant had no cheese and no sauce. It was literally bacon and egg on toasted croissant. This order for my family was almost$30 for breakfast. I don't mind paying for a fast food franchise breakfast from time to time, HOWEVER when I worked there as a teenager, we were taught to treat customers with respect and and we weren't allowed to pull customers up, we had to hustle to make the order. I called the location and the person that answered said are you sure it was this location? I told her yes, then she asked me for the order number and guess what.... NO RECIEPT in the bags.... we were already back on the interstate anyway. I truly hope a general manager or corporate sees this message. It's truly sad that Wendy's accepts this type of behavior from its employees, but most of all that this generation thinks it is OK to treat customers the way that they do.
